Oh and team ralliart were using illegal turbochargers........ So dispose of them :D

So who won

I'll look at stage 3 as soon as my brother wakes up, which can't be so long. Then it's just a matter of time before I can announce the results. But I can say that I have a really bad feeling.. :nervous:

And I'll look at the complaint, but remember these cars are 2 liter turbocharged :)

Speaking of cars mate, all the 90s wrc cars are around 2 seconds at best off the lead times, so I wish to change my entry to the subaru impreza 01,

Well that is just the lancia, corolla, escort and safari celica, I'm going to purchase the premium celica and see what that's like,

Now to count after SS2 :sly:

Sorry for double-posting but I believe the finalised results is a good enough reason :)

Chamonix was certainly a rally to forget for me. I'm not pleased at all with that finish, and that wasn't my best start as number 2 driver. Hopefully I can do a lot better at Eiger.

However, great work from the Mitsubishis! I can tell we're going to have some battles for the top spot this season.

Not a terrible night for subaru.
Just curious why do we set the laps for 3 when we only use 2? Why don't we set it for 2 and the finish timer to 180?

So if MrM had no penalty, would we have tied? Man that really sucks about the jumpstart. Still, I'm surprised I won, or at least 'tied' :) I feel pretty low stealing the win though, I'll admit that. I wonder if there is a delay in the timing. I got popped with a jumpstart at Eiger and I swore I didnt jump. I watched the replay and my jump was kinda obvious.

Still, it was fun. It was a good pre season and I'm confident the official season will be a success. 👍

I agree I did just but by a second and I accept my penalty and hope I won't get one during the regular season.

We were running 3 laps so when everyone finished the stage, we'd drive to the line and finish the race since we cross the finish line for the stage end. We're not doing that now but still, 2 laps and a 180 second timer wouldn't work. 10 cars releasing every 30 seconds is 300 seconds(duh, sorry) 16 cars would be 480 seconds. We need the third lap for us to sit and wait.

Ok ya I guess your right. I was just wondering.

Thanks for the good word :D Also, didn't you finish higher than a couple Works cars at Eiger? I'm sure you'll probably do pretty well. 👍

Yes, I did, which surprised me a lot! But it seems I just can't cope with the snow. Typical British. :guilty:

 We're not much better here in the Seattle area. In real life I've had more than a few woes in snow. :sly: One instance, I understeered doing 4 mph and jammed a very nice alloy into a curb corner.

So, I guess, then, that "rolling" the car counts as a jump start? I crossed the sector start line 0.1 after I was supposed to. ====> I did a drag racing start. If you let off the brake, just before the tree, the "lag" in the driveline will mean that the car doesn't ACTUALLY move before the tree goes green. I guess it's not replicated into GT5, that there is driveline lag. I wish I had a clutch pedal now.

^^ You're learning. Can't wait to see what you learned about consistency, yesterday, & how it translates on Friday. :)
