In addition, i have some questions:

Are any adds allowed/prohibited? you must detail this men 👍
and what about tunning/modifications? :D

oh i have see it just now, sorry jajaja. But have a series with all driving aids on... it's something weird men, maximum ABS and Traction Control tunned to 1 or 2, not more.

This is just my opinion so don't get mad:dopey:

Come teammate just race....... I'll send you the setup before the race, all you have to do is pitch up and ride shot gun lol. Just do it!!!!!

Ok I guess the best is for me to see how it goes in the first race. Once the time zone thing shifts it will be better for me because I really have to be on the ball for work. This last week I have been dead tired because of having to wake up early just to get to work on time.

All I can say is thank goodness it falls on Sundays 👍

homes why am i still not on the list i have msged you and posted on this thread twice
if you dont want me to race just say but the only reason why i brought gt5 again is to do this series
so plz reply

First of all Willfred you are on the list I just looked.

Also, homes, I can't make the first 2 races so if you want to kick me out yo leave room for other people you can but I really want to join!

Homes...If we may, Sassafrass and I would prefer to drive Camaros.

Today was an eye opener, definitely need to find some speed somewhere.

:nervous:

Sunday is approaching fast....its the first race.

Whats everyone driving and who's teaming up with who?

Hey Homes..... I was just thinking about the pit windows. I don't know if they're a good idea. Considering the soft tires only last 8-9 laps...... all it means is that running sifts in the main race will be impossible because you won't be able to make it to the out windows. I think the tire wear is going to be such an issues that we should maybe let the guys stop as many times as they wish, cause everyone's tires will wear differently and we'll all be stopping at different times anyway, and it will make the race seriously interesting. You will probably have to stop 3-4 times with the softs and probably only twice or even once using other tire combinations. It'll be great!!!!
I vote for no pit windows! :)

umm...Homes is worried if we include Spa someone may not have it.

I say "tough luck ..we race there for sure"

Yip..... I agree totally. Spa is arguably the best track....... how could we not race there???? Tough luck if someone doesn't have it lol. They got plenty of time to go buy it ;)

OK, OK, Spa will replace the Ring!

I have altered the OP (opening post) - The Corvette ZR1 RM is now allowed too!

You get 10% more points if you drive with SRF off.

Let me know your final car choice and teams ASAP please :)

Ok Homes...I am going to take a chance with my choice.

I will use the ZR1, don't have a Team mate, you can team me up with anyone.

Canu - I agree the cars are all different and make their tyres wear very differently so no pit windows!

Driver - I am also going to use the ZR1, so we can be team-mates as long as I am the Alonso of the team and you are the Massa LOL :)

Yay.......I dig it when everyone agrees, thanks Homes.
Yes I think Driver101 needs to prove his nr1 status and will have to settle for the Massa seat until such a time lol.

lol....

Cool homes, lets go for it.

Team mates it is...lets show this Canu / Byo team how its done.

Driver 101
lol....

Cool homes, lets go for it.

Team mates it is...lets show this Canu / Byo team how its done.

That's Team Dodgy Boys thanks....... and we gonna run circles around you kids ;)

Yep we are teaming up. Team: Digi-Ally Racing...
Just hope that the Supras can keep up with the Vipers though... Although I will say watch out for us on the Daytona oval:-)

I'll keep a look out in my rear view mirror haha ha. The teams look pretty good, the cars look pretty even, I'm sure one car will suit a track more than another, but I think it's going to be an awesome series!!!!!

I personally don't think there should be pit windows either. By implementing pit windows, racing soft have become not an option. Also hards and mediums will have to be run to the ragged edge before pitting. With the new tire model in effect, these tires are not lasting like they used to. It makes it almost impossible for any of us to create a race strategy. Its like having a 5 lap race and requiring a pit stop. No positions would change. Letting everyone have their own pit strategy will always create interesting race situations. The guy that's trying to do a one stop on hards is being caught by the guy on a 3 stop with softs in the closing laps, etc.

One thing in the OP is confusing me:

-In the event of a disconnection, you will still receive points for the round based upon your performance up until the point you were disconnected.

Not sure how you could give someone points for, lets say, 4th place if they got booted on lap 12 and were running in 4th at the time. Am I understanding this rule correctly? In other series you would have to complete 75% of the race distance to retain your position/points at disconnect. Otherwise a boot or disconnect has to be viewed as a mechanical failure.

Ahh, I'm just now seeing that homes agreed with no pit windows. Lol. Sry about the pit window rant.
