Yes if we can't organize the gt500 series to replace the lupos we should just pick some more tracks and run lupos again or maybe integra type r's , we could either use the rm model or street models

Hey guys, happy new year :)
Anyone keen on some super gt practice tonight at 590-600 pp ? I can open a lobby around 9pm sa time ( 7pm uk time) and maybe do sprint races at regular intervals.

I will definitely be on later, but I probably won't make it for 9pm.

BTW - If you want to make an easy 6 million credits for each win in about 40 minutes (or 18 million in 2 hours), you can use a classic 'undercut' stratery in b-spec mode as follows:

- Make sure you have your win bonus at 200% (by signing into PSN and playing gt5 every day for 4 days in a row)
- Make sure you have at least 2 b-spec drivers with at least 28 experience points.
- Take any le-mans car and tune it to 700pp with downforce at about 40%.
- Load the new B-spec online Seasonal event at le sarthe.

-Start the race with Racing hard tyres (maximum allowed). The race will start in the dry and it will begin to rain about half way through lap 1. Make sure your 1st driver overtakes as many cars as possible.
-Just be careful if you have a driver with a calm temprement, that his little temper guage/bar thingie is not in the red at the sharp right turn, half way through the lap as he WILL crash there if it is. If he is a 'hothead', don't worry anywhere on the lap, he won't go off the track...EVER...
- Pit at the end of lap 3 for intermediate tyres when the track dampness is 30% (along with the rest of the leaders).
- Just stay with the pack for the next few laps. If you try too hard to overtake, they will just draft you and get past again, so don't worry, just stay with them more or less.
- You must stop for more intermediates on lap 6 or 7 and get your driver to drive near his limit because the leaders will pit again at the start of lap 10 and you will fly past them all while they are in the pits and take an easy win!
-Cha-ching. 6 million credits. Easy peasy pudding pie :)

👍👍👍

I will try be on later, seriously need a seperate tv for games :) but Thursdays ppl know not to try anything funny lol ;)

LOL....one TV, man thats fuel for disaster at my place. The only reason why I get to race online at night is because my wife can watch her chick flicks on her own.

Ok...so tonights race night....hope you all ready for action.

Either Myself or Homes will have a lounge open.

See you there.

OK we will race in my lounge....as soon as its open join.

Think 1:45 - 46 will be a good fast time tonight. (maybe)

Gona be a long race tonight, I haven't practiced much so I'm looking forward to some good battles at the back lol ;)

What was that my tyres was so broken.
That i lost in the last 2 laps 30 seconds and more.
What was your reid height skeng??

- 3 front - 6 rear

That was a great race , didn't practice before today and put in a quick 5 minute setup , didn't even get to qualify more than 1 good lap . It payed off though , 3rd in the sprint race .

Endurance race was tough first couple laps , lots of battling and I was just trying to stay with immortal , I got past him and had some help as he was stuck in traffic , then I had a collision with scale and fell back a bit , immortal got away but my tire wear was better and I caught him at the end of every stint .

I even had a bad pit stop , entered pits same time as immortal but he exited 1 or 2 seconds ahead , he opened up to 10 second gaps on me but once his tires went caught him up . Was a real exciting race , didn't expect to win here .

my ride height was -30 -30 is that bad for the tyres??

Yes that could be bad for tyres , I would have to test it mate .

But that sounds too low for Monaco that has so many elevation changes .

Well done SkengD.....you deserved that one, you were really good, clean and fast. Sorry I made it difficult for you to get passed in the sprint race, but hey....thats Monaco.

I was seriously lacking speed, strange that the day before I could easily do a low 44. I was hoping to get into the 43's, but could only manage a high 44 - low 45. Weird.

Anyway I still enjoyed it, thats me for the Lupo Cup, I wont be able to make Spa. Thank you Homes for a fantastic series.

Bring on the Ford Falcon V8 Challenge.

Wow Skeng that was some seriously impressive racing buddy, you came past me like I was standing still. You owe me one tho cause I managed to hold Immortal back for a few laps at the start until u could catch up. Haha ha. My tires were a disaster, got my setup all wrong, way to loose and sliding all over. Had decent pace...... for about 4 laps and then they were gone! Lol. But seriously well done Skeng, you deserved the win!

Well done skeng, don't know how u did it :) I had a tough time, often I would give the guy in front of me some room in a corner so I would not bump him just to have guys from behind come scraping through, I could have been a bit more aggressive but u guys know me :) my setup was not so good so I kinda got in the way of the faster guys and as I predicted I was near the back and rather uneventful overall.
How on earth do u get tyres to last? Amazing :)

Well done Skeng! Awesome drive!

Thanks for a good close battle BYO. Really enjoyed it ;)

I haven't watched the replay yet but will when I have some time .

I'm not exactly sure if is my setup or my driving style that gave me the win , probably a combination of both .

Its amazing tho to be behind by 10 seconds and then win by 10 seconds , this new tire wear is so different than what we used to play with before .
