...titles like GT, GT2, GT3, GTConcept, GTA, GTA2, GTA London 1969, GTA3, GT VC, MGS or MGS2?

these games are THE games for sony. without them, would sony be where it is today?

Well, I'm just happy for all the good games......sells the systems you know.

i believe so its games that truly leave a mark on the console world not the console itself i mean not a lot of people remember the 3do

well once you take away some its quality games i don't know...

Most people buy game systems based on the games available for it. I mean if I had a choice between PS2 with titles like the GT series, GTA series, Final Fantasy etc. , and GameCube with endless Mario, Zelda ( Which are great games IMO :D ) and other kiddie games, I would choose PS2 easy. (IMO IMO IMO) :p

They'd be dead in the water. These and many other killer apps have got them where they are today.

If Sony did not have the games they have now, like GT, MGS, Final Fantasy, Tekken, GTA, Tomb Raider, etc. Then they would be with Microsoft trying to buy out game designers because they have no quality games for their system.

IMO. :p

If they don't have them, then Sony won't be where it is today.

Well, the Ps1 almost sold on a 1:1 ratio for FFVII, so I think that console would have been fine without your myopic list. Any system lives on games, so the answer is no more or less. It's like asking where Nintendo would be without Mario, DK, Metroid, Starfox etc etc... They aren't, so enjoy the games.

No chance....considering GTA3 :007: is a best seller and VC will be soon :smilewink
