I'd have the SRT8, I hate X6's. they're big but you always bang your head getting in and out of rear, and reaching for the boot is a pain.

Not that big inside either and I dislike the styling. Plus the current Cherokee looks pretty good IMO and though not BMW standard, is nicely appointed.

Ford Fiesta ST vs. Fiat 500 Abarth vs. Mini Cooper S vs. Hyundai Veloster Turbo - The Veloster is out because the look isn't clean enough. The Mini is out because the style is getting outdated. I'll take the 500 because it's one of my favorite cars and it's extremely cute!

Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM AMG vs. Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black Series vs. Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series - C63 because the others are older.

BMW 128i M-Sport vs. BMW 335i Coupe - 128i because I have a soft spot for the 1-Series. It's just really appealing to me.

BMW X6 xDrive35i vs. Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 - That's hard. I hate Jeeps and I hate the X6, so neither. But if I had to pick, I'd pick the Jeep because it's a little better than the X6.

-> ...
Might as well partake.

Caterham Levante, Atom V8 or BAC Mono?
^ I completely overlooked this! :boggled:

-> Since there was no pics, and basically (somewhat) a sequel to the 2-11/Atom V8/X-Bow GT/Mono debacle. Oh well...

-> My pick is the RST-V8 Levante. Because, manual.

or

2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8
^ I simply loathe the X6, its the worst BMW of all time. I wouldn't even take the X6M even if its forced unto me. :grumpy:

-> So the SRT-8 is my pick by default.

The Vanishing Boy
-> Ok, instead of me answering the questions...it's my turn to ask this time!

PART 1: B-Segment Brand New US-Spec Hot Hatches

Ford Fiesta ST - The new comer.

Fiat 500 Abarth - The cute one.

MINI Hardtop Cooper S - The veteran.

Hyundai Veloster Turbo - The odd-ball.

PART 2: Mercedes-Benz's AMG Bad-Ass Coupes

[C209] CLK(55) DTM AMG

[C209] CLK63 AMG Black Series

[W204] C63 AMG Coupe Black Series

^ NOTE: I didn't include the SL65 AMG Black, SLS(63) AMG, & SLS(63) AMG Black simply because it would be too much/unfair for this comparo.

You got me here Van! Ummmm.... The Hot Hatches is a tough one, but I'll take the ST and the Volester this time. Those two are the coolest Hatches out there, next to the VW Golf GTis and R32s.

Then I'll take C209, W204 and C209 DTM. Because =AMG. :sly:👍

BMW 1 Series vs. 335i E90: Hmmm..... I'll go with the little 1 Series. Love the car and I got a great idea to build a "What if" of the TTi aka 1M version of it. See what the German Hachi-Roku can do. :D

2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8

Serious?! The Jeep wins hands down here! And it needs a TT setup, a rebuilt HEMI, ECU system, suspension kit and a stroker kit. Push the beast around 600-700+HP running on E85 fuel. Sounds good huh? :trouble:👍

128i vs 335i: I'll take the 335i. The 1 series is too small and doesn't look right.

Levante vs Atom vs Mono: I'll take the Atom V8, easily.

X6 vs Jeep SRT8: Neither. I've never been that fond of Jeeps and the X6 is just plain ugly. I'll take a Porsche Cayenne instead.

BMW Vs. Jeep: BMW X6 because it has that something. I would sell it though and buy something nicer for me.

Ford Vs. Volvo: I would take the Volvo S80 because it looks nicer and its my style.

I'll go for the Taurus. The S80 is sleep-inducingly boring.

Taurus, because it's not officially sold in my country, while there are loads of Volvos of all modern models. I want to stand out of the traffic. :)
However, I guess it would be harder to maintain. But I prefer American cars to European (mostly), and I think this is worth it.

^ I really wanting to like the Volvo, but it keeps on failing doing so.

-> And the SUV-sedan somewhat doesn't help either, if only Ford does the rear-end right...

lead2-2013-ford-taurus-sho-fd.jpg

-> But even with that, I'm a fan of their EcoBoost engine. So the Super Hippo Outlook.

Volvo S80 vs. Ford Taurus SHO: Tough choice here..... I'll go with the SHO, can't beat that Ecoboost, and a 3.5L Turbo AWD.

But but Chiaretto Red is a rare turrble color!

Fixed. :D

X6 VS Grand Cherokee

I'll take the Jeep, but not because of the ZOMG HEMI FTW YAAAA BBY crap that Mopar fanboys like to spout off constantly, but because it's actually a very nice SUV inside and out. It's one of the few affordable SUVs that still looks like one, and not some bloated bubble like the Pathfinder. It's also one of the few that still has a V8, and one of the few that isn't front wheel drive, which isn't an inherently bad layout for an SUV, but rear wheel drive just makes it more special. Of course the SRT8 is four wheel drive, though. The interior, especially on the updated models is not just great for a Chrysler, but great for any car period. It blows the old Cherokee ('05-'10) out of the water. The X6 is ugly, overpriced and not practical enough for its size.

S80 VS SHO

Fun (not really) Fact: The current Taurus shares the same platform as the old S80. That's a platform that dates back to 1998. The current Taurus has never looked quite right to me, it looks too big and tall. I think I've sat in one, and it had a pretty nice interior. Could have been an MKS though. The '13 SHO fixes a lot of the issues with the old one, but I'd rather have the slower Volvo. The second generation S80 has aged gracefully for a car introduced seven years ago, and it still looks modern. The interior's nice, especially in the beige leather and wood trim (screw alluminum and carbon fiber, wood looks nice!) combo. Since the S80 has been pretty much the same up until this year, I'd rather just buy an used one with the V8, and since Volvos have poopy resale values, I shouldn't have to go back very far. :dopey:

The Mini (and I'm only guessing on this - I may be completely wrong) looks like it may be the smallest and least practical of all of them. But it also doesn't have a BMW badge and for that reason alone, I'd have it.

Minis are front wheel drive BMWs, you know. ;)

Yes, but it doesn't say BMW on it.

It at least has a MINI badge and not a BMW badge on it.

I'm probably being ignorant. :sly:

Surprisingly, I'd actually pick the Mini Countryman S JCW. It's new and it's something different. :sly:
