It'd a mid-engine sports car, it's not going to be easy to drive anyways.

And you can use a manual in your sleep, bang,heel/toe, all that good stuff.

Il take the 1992 Toyota MR2 - 100% Factory - 2.2l N/A I4 - Automatic Tranny - 157k miles - $5,000
because its newer + my hairdresser had one and it was so cool

    [*]4.3L turbo V6
    [*]$29,000

2012 Land Rover Defender

  • 2.3L turbo diesel I4
  • 5 speed Manual
  • $22,000 (estimated)

(It's basically a Testarossa with a tailgate, versus a tank on 4 wheels)

Defender by a very large margin.

I have no interest in a four-wheel-drive that has no real four-wheel-drive capability.

It was built to be quick not a mud runner though

Typhoon because it was the fastest production truck when it was made, and is still stuningly fast compared to todays trucks.

My last post was a little vague, so here is why I'd pick the GMC:

  • It's American. Always had a thing for American cars.
  • It has a automatic.
  • It has a V6.
  • Did I mention it's American?

Wait, you'd pick the GMC because it has an auto? :dunce:

Let me see, 90's American truck, auto... Or new, British 4x4, $7,000 cheaper, manual, not 90's American truck.

It's tough, but I'll pick the Defender...

Don't forget that the Defender is a diesel, so it has torque and can actually get slightly decent mileage.

Diesel is much more expensive than regular gas around here.
That's another reason.

But it gives you more mileage for your money...
In the UK it's always been more expensive too.

I pick the Defender.

The Defender, it's extremely cool and it's a proper off-roading vehicle. Not keen on trucks that are built for tarmac.
