CLK GTR because CLK GTR.

Hahahaha.
But yes i saw one in real life but it was a rich metallic black (see yourself in it)

Car was so low they couldn't drive it into the parking lot. They had to put it back on the trailer then drive the semi and trailer into the parking lot then unload it

Humm

Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR. I'd take almost anything over a Veyron, as they are simply too expensive.

I fail to see you're logic.

When new, the CLK GTR was $1.55 Million.

And now, well I don't even know what the price would be for something that rare.

You can pick up a used Veyron for around $1M, whereas a used CLK GTR...

I would pick the CLK GTR too though, specifically the Sultan of Brunei's one; because its the only RHD CLK GTR in the world.

I have no idea how that post got that messed up. I tried to fix it but oh well i guess.

Hostestly i would too. Because the Bugatti is overrated and honestly in a 1/4 mile i am certain the Chrysler ME412 would whoop the Bugatti. And maybe just maybe in a half mile drag. The prototype version of the Chrysler was rated at 0-72 in 2.9 seconds with with a quad turbo charged V12 made by Mercedes Benz. Bugatti is 0-60 in 2.6 or 2.5? And between those two items would chose the Chrysler because like i said everyone and their mother owns a Bugatti.

That is only taking in initial costs for the vehicle itself.

And both ways the CLK GTR is still more expensive.

The Chrysler is only a concept car (so it doesn't really count, we could compare endless prototypes to the 16.4); and I'm pretty sure your quoted times are off as it hit 0-60 in just under 3 seconds (72 I'm guessing is a typo). The Veyron has a Quad charged W16 = > Quad Charged W12.

I don't know anyone who owns a Bugatti - I haven't even sat or touched one IRL, so I don't think everyone and their mother owns a Bugatti. :P

I think the Bugatti is a cool car, it has a lot of hate from people who I imagine don't really appreciate the engineering and design behind it, so meh.

I still chose the CLK GTR though - only because of the rarity of them...and maybe their appearance.

Chevy pickup vs F150- Chevy. an OHV motor is easier to work on

Focus vs Rio- Focus. It's american.

I believe Chevy had the Cobalt SS for 2005 and up as the sort of mainstream pocket rocket when the Camaro Z28 was discontinued. Well in the mid 90s GM also had the Beretta Z26 next in line to the Z28.

Chevy Cobalt SS (2.0L OHC L4)

vs

Chevy Beretta Z26 (3.1L OHV V6)

vs

Chevy Camaro Z28 (5.7L OHV V8)

Me being a Chevy guy I'd pick either one.

What i meant by "everyone and their mother having one" is that anyone that dance afford one has one. I can name 5 or 6 people that are famous that have one.

Camaro looks coolest so I'll have that one.

And I don't consider a 4,000 pound car to be a supercar, no matter how fast it is.
A supercar should be quick in the straights, and the corners.

It also almost always has to be an mid-engine rear wheel drive car.

I really hope someone takes time to think about this but...

599 or LFA

Part of me is totally LFA.
Genuinely great sound.

Another part of me is an old school Ferrari fan.
GT by definition, possibly my favorite Ferrari ever made.

In the end I'll never have that much money. :(

Perhaps you should re-read the term I used then.

The CLK-GTR just does fast. The Veyron does everything. Apart from fuel economy of course.

Yeah, but the Veyron is just simply overweight. They put too much luxury into it. And I'd rather have a good handling quick car than a very quick straight line, bad cornering car.

And for some reason I've never liked the 599, but looking at it now, it's way above an LFA.

Here's one:
Aston Martin V8 Vantage, decently optioned ~ $130,000
2012_aston_martin_v8_vantage_coupe_side_view_8.jpg

or
Ferrari 575, used ~ $110,000 (you'll spend the balance on maintenance, don't worry)
ferrari-575-01.jpg

If it's FR it doesn't appeal to me all.
Vantage.

So a Vantage isn't FR then? i would've thought that you would've put "neither" again...

And the Ferrari by FAR. I've always loved the 550/575.
Edit: Actually, the 550/575 is probably my favourite FR Ferrari. Love that car.
