Maverick, for obvious reasons.
May I ask why a 5.0L V8 is being compared with a 2.3L I4, with a 100hp difference? Both are pretty much the same type of car.
^ That Tiptronic really made my tongue very sour. I configured the 981 Cayman just the way I wanted and I ended up £15K more than the 997. Even with that dent, its going to worth it every mile! So the 981 S then!Porsche Cayman S, new and well optioned, £55,000, plus your choice of wheels, colour, and transmission

^ After seeing the Maverick up close and now seeing that figure. The Grabber is my choice! No contest!Ford Maverick Grabber 5.0L 302 V8
Power: 210 @ 3,400rpm
Torque: 300 @ 1,800rpm
Weight: 2,600lbs
Transmission: 4 speed manual
Will bark the tires through 3rd gear stock. Plenty of point A-B power.
OR
Chevy Vega GT L-11 2300 2.3L Inline 4
Horsepower: 110 @ 5,400rpm
Torque: 138 @ 4,800rpm
Weight: 2,700
^ I'd pick the Speedster (countryside cruiser), the HDT (everyday car), & the Stratos (car meets, etc.). Each car for it's own purposes and I love it! All I need is the Raptor to complete my epic garage!Custom/Tuned Retro From Around the World

DoogI'm not trying to make you feel bad, but multiple people have told you time and time again that you shouldn't choose multiple cars in a comparison. The title is Would You Rather, which implies that you need to make a decision between the cars specified. Clearly it hasn't sunk in, so perhaps a definition of the word rather would be of help to you.
rath·er
/ˈraT͟Hər/
Adverb
Used to indicate one's preference in a particular matter: "would you like some wine, or would you rather stick to sherry?".
Exclamation
Used to express emphatic affirmation, agreement, or acceptance: "“You are glad to be home, aren't you?” “Rather!”".
Synonyms
quite - pretty - somewhat - preferably
So, whenever you reply to this thread again, be sure to keep the definition of rather in your mind, and know that you need to narrow your choice down to one, and only one car. Thanks.
BodyguardMy turn. Would you rather have a:
Lotus 2-eleven:
or a
Lotus 340r:
or an
Ariel Atom:
or a
Caterham Superlight R500:
or a
KTM XBOW:
I realise that these cars may not be similar in terms of price, but I thought that they would make a good comparo because of their similar performance figures.

I know the HKS 86 isn't exactly the best for this comparison but I couldn't really find anything else to suit, and in every other criteria the standard 86 pales in comparison.
Nissan GT-R Spec V vs. Nissan GT-R Egoist - Egoist, cheaper and I think the wheels fit it more then the Spec V.
