I can't believe this might turn into yet another game I will have to wait for. The game has had a page on steam for ages, so are they just doing it for discussions since the EGS is devoid of such features.

I'm already so excited for this game I can't imagine what I'll be like when I'm watching Rally Germany next weekend lol. All I'm going to be thinking about is WRC 8 I think.

Really good improvement on the replays, it would appear that all those useless views are gone replaced with constant exterior shots. Love it.

Very true, KT games always have a lot of free wheel play and what seems to be oversteer and/or over sensitive steering.
But — what I would give to find a wheel setting that reproduces what we’re seeing displayed in that video. The cars would handle more predictably and smoothly (at least for me).
Maybe there isn’t such a setting. Who knows.
Are we talking about the time delay -- which could be exacerbated by the video sources being out of sync -- or the limited lock-to-lock movement of the wheel?
The former is inconclusive (probably mostly the videos). The latter can still be an issue on a controller, because I use that wheel movement to track the output of my controller input, and limited movement means limited information. I wish developers would just do full animation for both control methods. Unrealistic arm-flailing isn't any worse for immersion than a plainly unrealistic steering animation.

Training grounds are a good addition , moreover they are included in the carreer mode in the calendar between rallies and they reward with XP and crew morale points. Also an Extreme scenario mode is available in career mode as additional training between rallies. With scenario mode i mean for example: wet, mud, night brakes severely damaged. Complete the stage within a given time with no extra damage. They give extra rewards and xp.

Why do you need to go back out of your calendar to start the event? That is completely unlogical. Go into calendar, select event, go back out of calender, choose start event..

I can't deny i am really hyped after the upset of dirt rally 2. Finally a real career mode with not only racing.
Overall superb stage design, you can see the difference between new ones like Turkey and the older carried over even if they got fueled up with extra details e new colore palet. Only Corsica design and finland (width) are not that good.
On STD PS4 surely i won't be amazed by the graphics but of the frame rate Is stabile and the wheel well implemented i will be fine.
I hope they won't exagerate with dynamic weather in Carrer mode, i mean usually when a new feature is included it is extra used. I don't really won't every tace to change weather or find myself with storms in mexico.
