GT6 fuelling is fast and not so much of a burden any more. I can get 95 litres in less than 20 seconds so well done PD on the fast fuelling rigs.

Think I had 7 front and 4 rear on the Shelby after 28 laps but I will be trying Joe's set up come Sunday and see how that goes. Expecting a reduction in power after Sunday so need all the help I can get.

Attention guys, GT-O BoP Update:

Many thanks to @snowgt for the testing.

300SL - remove ECU, down to 310hp (both versions)
Corvette StingRacer - down to 300hp.

I don't think it should get a power reduction, since a stock XJ13 and stock Shelby are even round Bathurst. I'll try a MKIV after I've saved up again. The Jag beats the Shelby in the turns, and then the Shelby beats it in a straight line.

Stock? Shelbys tuned...

Bathurst i'm encouraged. 2:06.1 for me and I know a mid to low 05 is possible. I could drive for 4 hours on that track, love it. Overtaking will be scary though.
Same for the Jag and Shelby without setups. Both can do a 2:05.

So nothing until post Roar. That means I cannot test until race night. Ho hum :irked:

Would you rather I made knee jerk changes based on 1 session and then found out they screwed up and that impact on race night?

How did you get a 2:03? Alien :p
I have a setup for that car. I could only find setups for 2 of the GT-P cars (GT40 and Shelby), so my laptime comparisons will be using default setups for now to make the cars easier to compare.

Edit: minus the bugged camber.

Time jumps forward on early Sunday mourning here in the states.

I'm feeling confident about Bathurst too, the generic tune I'm using works really well there. Oh god I'm not looking forward to getting lapped D:

There should be a lot less lapping this season, because GT-O is a lot faster. Judging from Daytona test times, the gap to GT-P should have been halved.

Advice to GT-P drivers ... don't dive to the inside under braking as much. GT-O has the same tyres now, so we brake, like, really late! :mischievous:

Just go round the outside and then out accelerate the GT-Os on exit :P

In effect we've from gone from a performance gap of LMP1 / GT2 to LMP1 / GT1.
