To avoid confusion, why don't we keep what cars were running at the moment, and discuss car changes at the end of this season?

oh, and I won't be able to do a 1pm UK time, gotta be evenings for me.

B2 is in Hong Kong fella hense the 1pm slot:guilty::D

The body profile is different. The 3/5 door is a hatchback, the coupe, well, it's a coupe.

The point I am trying to make is that the rules do not seem to be consistent. We all just want to have a fair and well supported series with close racing. However, it's your series, and you get the say on which cars are allowed in.

Matt and I will revert back to the Atenza.

Best thing is we all roll out for race 1 and suck it and see i choose the volvo in the end just so we could get on with it have no real idea how it will do but happy to give it a go so come on B2 nail your colours to the mast and select your wheels everyone else seems to have done so.👍

Well my CRZ is blue body and white wheels, but colors isn't really important because their are 2 people per car and they can sort themselves out with colors, they can be privateer or team together if they want, so can I please get every to post their colors so two different cars won't get mixed up etc.?

Well, in testing we had opposite schemes. He was orange body/black wheels, and I was black body/orange wheels.

Do we need to run in the same colour, or would our opposing schemes be ok?

Obviously we will go with majority but for me, Saturday 1pm would be much preferable if possible.

I cant make every saturday lunchtime unfortunately can allways put it to a vote seems the fairest way someones always gonna be dissapointed i spose:grumpy:

The Atenza doesn't suit Orange or Black, so I have asked Matt for some colour suggestions. His Atenza was originally Blue, whilst mine was Red. We might go for one of those, or meet halfway with purple!

I think the times will be saturday 1pm, majority agrees.

@si:
maybe red since my car is already blue?

@everyone participating:
maybe I should only allow "premium cars" to race so that all cars look good in the photos? besides, there are plenty of capable "premium cars" that suit the regs and aren't taken yet.

I forgot you were blue. Will mention it to Matt when we discuss things.

Some premiums (off the top of my head) which could be considered (subject to clearance), and aren't represented yet:

Citroen C4
Honda Civic Type R '08
Infiniti G37?

Honda Insight* (if it can be tuned enough
Toyota Prius* (as above)
*could compete with the CR-Z for a special 'hybrid cup'?

It is worth noting that not all premium cars can have aero fitted (e.g 207 GTi, Golf GTi) '05)

the C4 is a very quick car. but the atenza still beats it in my tests.

The Insight cannot be tuned enough, I will look into the prius though.

Hi there somebodysb2. In response to your invite ...

I'm interested in joining up... although times are an issue. Joined a Clio Trophy race series (out of the UK) Sunday nights 8:00pm GMT equated to Monday 5:00am race starts. Im located +10 UMT/GMT/Zulu.

Lasted 3 rounds then i withdrew ... too early. If rounds are 1:00pm HK time +8 UMT/GMT/Zulu that'll make it 3:00pm my time.

Unfortunately this will make it 6:00am for UK racers :ouch:

No?

1pm UK = 9pm HK

This series caters more to the european and asian and australian crowd, north americans cannot race due to time differences.
