@Jordan Great work, the group and you have done a lot of work.

I must say, Jordan has really pulled something astounding with GTP12. Every feature added is great and allows me to quickly see replies to my posts and what likes I've got. Thanks for the last two years of work, it has been worth it. 👍

@Jordan and everybody that worked on it: New layout looks great!
Personally I need some time used to it I think, but my first impression is that you did an awesome job. :)

The alerts sure are great for checking replies.

@Jordan, Now we have moved over to the new forum software, are you going to tell us what the "white label" software was?

The new site's very... different. Liking the new features, and it's a huge step forwards from the old layout. I'm looking forward to getting used to it and finding all the new features.

Love the makeover - more clean, more robust and easier to navigate. Kudos to Jordan and the rest who worked on it!

Does anybody where the participated section is? I've lost a load of threads that I was commenting on but I didn't subscribe?

I kinda don't like the changes, where did my custom profile appearance go for instance? The old format looked perfect...

I like it. Though it's a little tricky to navigate initially.

@Carbonox It was announced a while ago that custom profiles would go the way of Photo Albums and Social Groups. Jordan did mention in the top-page announcement that further updates will be rolled out in the coming months, however.

Personally, while I appreciated some of the user-created profile looks, there is something to be said for standardized profiles. It makes it easier for newcomers and less-GTP-savvy folks to navigate around :)

B-b-b-b-but Comic Sans! :nervous:

Ninja Edit: And I guess this message confirms that at least the old smilies don't work.

@Carbonox emoticons are temporarily unavailable, yes.
@Furinkazen User Details - though for the time being, it'll only display in a select few places, such as when you hover over your name up in the top nav bar.

I believe it will eventually work alongside notifications, so it's a tidy way to respond to folks without an entire quote (which does already send out a notification). And before anybody asks; nope, tagging doesn't work in status updates, at least not when I tried in the beta.

One question came my mind and I think many others are thinking this now.
What is differences of premium user and non premiums now?
Exept Premiums are much cooler when they support this site paying a bit lol

Well, there's always the Infield...

Kudos for the new site. Looks great 👍 everyone involved

I'm really liking the new version, thanks Jordan! 👍

The iOS app will be greatly missed. I do however love the new look, although it'll take some time to get used to. Great work, everyone involved!

👍

I'm already loving the saved draft feature. Opened a thread in a tab not realizing that I already had opened it a few minutes earlier, and there was my half-typed reply, in the new one.

@Hyland - I'll miss the (old) app too, but it definitely couldn't provide the same experience as browsing on a proper platform (images in posts were treated so poorly, strike-through and spoiler text didn't work), and this version works a lot better for things like that. The saved drafts even transfer between devices!
