Who makes a good gas powered car?

Tamiya, Kyosho, HPI among many others. Search around GTP there are quite a few thread on R/C cars, maybe you can get more information from there 👍

CRAZY! a rotary powered rc? Is it a drift oriented r/c? I'm guessing it is. When is it coming out in the market?

I don't think it's designed for drifting - note the nice rubber grippy tires in the magazine article. In the video you see he's put plastic sheaths on all the wheels so they spin.

Edit: Doh! I feel dumb. That isn't the car from the video (:

Yeah! Another page full of scratch marks. We need real info.

How much does it cost?
Will there be a US market?
How fast does it go?
What's up with the gears?
Can I get RX-7 / RX-8 bodies for it?

Where's the "Buy it now!" button?

That's tight as heck.

I personally own two RC cars, both Nitro Powered with .18 motors.

My first one is a Black R34 Skyline and the second is a Silver McLaren F1.

I love drifting both of them, but it's a LOT, and I mean LOT, harder to drift Nitro powered cars than it is with electric. Simply because of torque and hp differences. But it's still fun.

I used to race for HPI http://www.hpiracing.com but then I joined the Marine Corps and that took that on a detour. It was fun taking the HPI challnege every year but it also got kinda expensive at times. I was on a pit crew for 2 years then I got switched to being a driver for 1 year.

I'm a big fan a Tamiya, simply because they make the best products and they span from beginner to expert, Kyosho has never been to big on my list simply because their products are more often lower quality and they tend to break easier.

But if you want to purchase RC cars, check out a local hobby shop or check out http://www.hpiracing.com and they will show you how to order some top of the line products.

Tell them David Adams sent you, and they'll probably wonder where I've been for the last year. LMAO.

Any way, here's the part where I say:
