When your wife finally just gives up and starts watching you play, without complaining.

How i long for this day!

...when your friend shows his real world footage of his 'ring lap and you point out where you have come off and complain that the video is not high quality enough, even though you have never personally been to Germany. (true)

When you have to ask: What day is this?

when you see a car coming very fast from behind while you are driving in safe 50 km/h and snow and ice and alot of curves, and when you see this you are going "ooh yeah? He is challenging me!" And step on it and own this noob that thinks he is fast enough to pass me! And you suddenly are up in 130km/h
(So very guilty. I just couldnt get beaten! i am a racer for god sake!)

When you have frustrated teeth marks on the top of your G25...

When you get a tingly feeling whenever you see a Nissan.

... when you boss is chatting away in a meeting and all you are doing is posting this message! (happening right now)

...when in said meeting and your boss catches you off guard and asks for your input and the first thing to come out of your mouth is "MORE DOWN FORCE!", which is completely unrelated to the topic of the meeting.

when you buy diapers... for yourself... the call of gt5 will not yield to the call of "duty" *smirk*

Or how about when you go for the clutch while driving an automatic? Step, oops there's nothing there! :ouch:

That has actually happened to me! I always drive a left hand side manual. Once I tried to drive a right hand side automatic. Every time it revved over 3000 rpm I stomped the floor and slapped the door.

2nd one

... When you drive around Norschleife on GT5 commenting every corner to someone who really does not care at all.

...when you think that's some bad graphics and you realise it's real life...

This describes me... no joke, at all.

-

...when you have the urge to hit every apex on city turns.

...when you're in class and you doze of into a light sleep for half an hour and think about how late you can break into the tunnel corner (3rd or 4th) on Trail Mountain to improve your lap times.
Sucks being a teacher!

When you start taking corners from the outside in order to accelerate sooner in real life

Mine actually decided to give her first steps on GT5.

Now she has a badass pink Camaro! :D Of course she only do well in ovals... And of course she plays with aids on.

But... that's a beginning!

Nice this!

More a little of time it goes to be so pro in the GT5, that goes to ask for you to buy a PS3 and a GT5 alone it to play!

hehehe

... when you, see a Veyron, swore "It is standard!".

 Oh, the irony. :O

...when you scare yourself awake by your right thumb going up and down up and down...

yeah I need a wheel.

When you drive to the shops and back twenty times in one hour for experience points.

...When your Apex guide book spends more time on your office desk and had more annotations in it than your notebook, iphone and post-its put together!

When you see cones with white stripes and think, "Oh, I can take those out.."

When you play GT in the morning and your performance dictates your mood for the rest of the day.

when you start counting the little squares on the reward window..

When you think of owning every car you look at own the roads, and wish gt5 credits were real!

On the way to school.....

"where's my red braking lines?!"

So true. I woke up on the wrong side of the track this morning.

...when you rename your spare bedroom with your set up in it 'the grid'. (Almost tempted to buy a sign):dopey:

When you come on an internet forum to talk about it all the time...
