I have a few original ones :) 👍 :

... When you go to a public track day and ask about the "Seasonal Events" and if you will get paid £250,000+ if you finish first.

... When you go to the Nurburgring in real life and wondering "Why are all these god damn AI getting in my way?!".

... When you attempt to put your G25 or G27 steering wheel on your real car (It is possible but hard as hell)

(following the above) ... When you put your G25/G27 wheel on your real car and try re-mapping the buttons. But seeing that the buttons don't work, you call up Logitech and claim your G25/G27 is broken.

... When you go onto Google Maps and look for your local Gran Turismo car dealer (which doesn't exist).

... When you go into your real car and start looking for the Real-Time Adjustment dial on your steering wheel to turn the Traction Control off.

... When you are about to lose a race in real life and look for the START button to redo the race.

... When you turn on your real car and expect the steering wheel in front of you to calibrate like this:

- when you realize 14 hours into the Nurb 24hr A-Spec event that you are already on 20 million Cr. and won't see any of the 1.8million x2 prize money! Doh! (sadly this is very true!)

When you try to take prefect lines into corners in real life...

I've been doing this way too much recently. I go out wide then cut extremely close to the curb on the turn haha. Its pretty fun actually, good practice for track days :p
 
Your GT5 disk is stuck in your PS3 and you're ok with that.:dopey: Or if it isn't stuck you only eject it to watch a Blu-Ray movie:sly:

Nah it's cool. I'd post some more GT5 jokes but I'm all out. I guess the really good ones are already used but if I do come up with a couple more I'll post them here 👍 .

Yes, it's too much... But sooo worth it ;)

Haha i do that too. Not to mention i went on a ft86 g buying spree just to get maziora paint chips.... I guess icouldve purchased tvrs instead but to hell with that

Pretty good proof (and a sad example) of how far into the crapper PD reached for this paint chip idea. :)

BTW - I do the same thing for the "Radiance" and "Merlot Red" colors, with the Jag XK and Aston DB9. Just pathetic.

Radiance is really nice.

In my case, I constantly purchase M BMWs just for the Interlagos Blue chip. I don't know, but I just love that blue.

Yes, I'm another one as well. I can't get enough of the LFA aka the LFCrayola crayons and TVRtistic color chips. :lol:

Here's one I've was thinking about.

You know when you played enough of GT5:

When you look at cars either real ones or scales, you begin to hear the UCD music and out of nowhere, JUSTIN comes to take away the rarer cars in the area and give you kei cars or for Hot Wheels, generic fantasy cars.
