when its and Tourist Trophy are the only two games u play on your PS2... :dopey: --- Randy

You play too much when anything under 500 hp is grossly underpowered. And then your first though is buying upgrade parts for it so it runs properly.

Or maybe when you see boat/airplane engine specs and wonder what it would be like to have that mush power in you car.

^^ HAHAHA i always do the second one. imagine having the engine from a concorde!!!

You don't think you can play GT4 too much.

You know youve been playing GT4 too much when you go to your local karting track, you have never ever driven any car or karrting car and on the third try you score the second fastest time on the whole track that summer. o_O

It was fun, next summer, im going to be the fastest! :sly:

...when you are able to name any car that you see on the road etc.
...when you speed on the highway to get the fastest time, just to realise that your not playing GT4 atm. =P

Lets put it this way, my PS2 is connected to a 20-year old TEAC amp with 12" subs.
At 300Km/h , the drag your car produces can makes the windows vibrate.
I think its cool.

I always love to name cars. Some of my friends don't know what I'm talking about when I say CT9A or AE86.

You know you play GT4 to much when you have almost every car in a specific color.

Almost all of my cars are black.

You win a prize car in GT4 and get disappointed of the colour :grumpy: , so you dont give it a second thought to redoing the endurance race you just finished to get the prize car in the colour you want. :D

When you refuse to drive any car (in game or real life) that won't do 200mph.

When you want to sue Nissan because their Skylines won't do 300mph...

When you finance yourself to the eyeballs to buy a Zonda, then sell it because it won't pull the wheelie trick.

Honestly if you only enjoy 200MPH cars then you're missing the point Kaz made for the GT series. The Fiat 500, Honda Beat, etc. were put there due to the history, not to mention the fact that 200 point races are more fun with some. I think if you need to go 200MPH, then you might like NFS.

It was a joke. As is this entire thread - as in humour based, and not serious. (Well at least not that we know of). Here's another one:

You know you play GT4 too much when the medical profession renames 'Carpal Tunnel Syndrome' in your honour...

You know you play GT4 too much when you and your friends go though school trying to have a drift battle on Complex string. My school actually has parts that look like the track.

I wasn't shamelessly promoting, I was just correcting false statements. :dopey: Anyway, there's no link to the thread :p
Must get around to changing that :D

You know your playing GT4 when you wish your 2004 Dodge Durango HEMI Limited is in the game but isn't and then you drive laps around your block because it has many curves. :dunce:

-> When I wish all the car's that I'm curious drive is in GT4. (:

You attempt to buy real cars with GT4 credits
You drive with the cruise control buttons
You always try to hit the apex of every turn, even into parking lots
You delete all the porn off your jump drive to make more room for pictures from photo mode.
You sing Panama by Van Halen everywhere you go.

AHA! I have room for both of my "hobbies"! :sly:

When you make the real life engine sound of the car you're driving. I like making the sound of the Quattro S1 when rocking the Ur Quattro. :)

You know when your drive a nissan silvia too much when...you brake 50m away from the hairpin on the costa di amarfi in an audi R8 and realize why go ploughing into the wall!

You sing Panama by Van Halen everywhere you go.

I recently turned the music of GT4 off. It went from tolerable to absolutely miserable then.

When you drive the Nürburgring backwards in a desperate attempt to find a new and exciting track.

Isn't the Complex String Gran Turismo 3?

You know you've played Gran Turismo 4 too much, when you accidentally try to drive a shiftronic automatic with two feet, one on the gas and one on the brake.

When you have your PS2 playing through a 300watt, 20year old TEAC amp, with two 12" subs and at 300km/h the windows in my house rattle.

I like it, who cares what the neighbors think.
