Hey, I actually bought GT3 when its price dropped--months before I bought a PS2 when its price dropped. But I did get GT4 pre-ordered on first-day-of-issue. (That was partly because the guy in the store helped me find an older copy (different GameShark version) of GT1).
 
You know you play GT4 too much when...

Your underwear has a GT symbol on it. Guilty... :lol:

You try to set your car up just like it is in GT4... Not Guilty... yet...

You time yourself when you go from point A to point B and calculate the A-Spec points... GUILTY. :)

You are looking at your girlfriend and all you are thinking is that she has curves that resemble the high speed ring... GUILTY :trouble:

You tell a girl that her skin is as bumpy as the nurburgring. GUILTY :dopey: and I got slapped for that. :(

You carve the apex when you are driving your car. Guilty. :D

You curse out your Nissan dealer just because thier skylines can't go 300MPH. Not Guilty.

You think that you may own 1000 cars in your garage IRL. Not Guilty.

...When you just don't have the power to thow your controller out of the window, when you just lost the 24h enduro with a thousand of a second.
 
When the only game you own is GT (gave the rest away) When you buy a Japanese PS2 so you can play GT4 2 months before anyone else (sold it on ebay as soon as GT4 hit the US) When you buy a PS3 , HDTV and wireless router just to download GTHD (which SUCKS without ForceFeedback)

Sorry, but I can't picture anyone hitting the sell button on GT4 and breaking into tears. Yes, it would mean you played to much, but I don't think there's anyone who actually has played that much...

You don't even believe that there are gas prices.

You call your friend your B-Spec Driver and tell him to drive on 3 (Steady) with overtake on. Guilty. :sly:

You wonder why your friend named Bob doesn't seem to carve apexes as bad as he does in GT4. Guilty. :)

You think that it is impossible to race La Sarthe at night on a 24 Hour Race. Not Guilty... I'm not that dumb. :lol:

I've been seriously thinking of collecting all these to first post. It just seems like a big job. Would I get any help?
 
Maybe we would take 10 pages each, and continue over with pm:s. Need two more ppl. ...NOT today though, just going out the door for some paaarty. :) Back in business tomorrow.

Thx TuneRVisioN, can't really take credit for this though, since I copied the idea from the old GT3 section. So props should propably go to vat_man the guy behind the original idea.

When you try to make your mom buy a car, just because it was in GT4. Guilty. :) She didn't buy it though... :(

You wonder if Lamborghini is a imaginary car company. Guilty, but a LOOOONG time ago.

You attempt to hot iron the GT logo on your shirts and sell them. GUILTY!! :):) I made a good chunk of money off of them.

LOL ya that was some funny stuff. I did the same when I was 15 years old with GT3, but I had the cast only on my right arm and had only 3 fingers that were movable. Practising Laguna Seca with a DS2 driving an old high milage F094/S. Now I am practically the master at that track.

You know you play GT too much when you don't know what spare tires are.

When you take off the rear tires from your Micro R/C toys so when you turn, you would always drift. GUILTY. :) I'm too old to be playing with toys. :lol:

Im am glad thats not the case for me, id go insane without my gt4 or gt2 in good working order.

you go to see the 787b in person and ask to drive it and get told no several thousand times.

you babysit your neighbors kids and tell them to count the laps around the nurburgring untill the both pass out around lap 498.

you build a ford lightning on gt4 and smoke vipers and other odd cars with it (guilty)

you try the same thing in your stepdads ford lightning but you get arrested and put UNDER the jail just down the street from your fiancee's house.

you want a mines skyline just cause you like the way your gt4 version drives. (guilty admit it there are others like me)

you think you are bruce almighty just cause you got a silver datsun 240 z and a silver saleen S7 (guilty)

you have a 300 mph cadallac and you wonder how hard would it be to make other cadallacs do 300 mph also

you can name off every section of the ring in german, english and spell them in both

thats all i could think of at the moment.
