I take it your new to the game?! You now can't send a car worth more than 1 million credits and you can only send 1 item a day.

Not new to the game, new to online and I figured that would draw in someones attention so that I could get an answer to my question. So this applies to each account or each Ps3? for example if I were to create another profile and such would it let me transfer a gift?
