Your Favorite 90's drift car

Yeah, I like the S15 alot too, it's very fundamentally similar to the Sil-Eighty but it has a few advantages and a few disadvantages, about equal. I've found my S15 to be much faster when drifting courses with long, high speed drifting corners (the 75-100 mph range, like Trial Mountain). And my Sil-Eighty is much faster at courses with tight hairpins (like the tight S-Curve and tight hairpin after the straight-away at Apricot Hill). The S14 is good, so is the FC, I like both alot, but not as much as the S15 and Sil-Eighty. I usually drift my cars with maximum horsepower, so my two FDs are slightly overpowered (600 HP vs. the 461 HP Sil-Eighty) and slightly underweight (several hundred pounds lighter than any of the Silvias), making it a little spin happy, and not much momentum to carry out successful braking drifts. I like my D1 FC a LOT these days, I know it's not "technically" a 90s car, but it kind of is, so whatever. Good horsepower, 5-speed, and drifts like a dream. 👍

There's no 1G RX7 in GT4, you mean 2 & 3G's...
lol my mistake.... dude! I finally am able to drift without ASM understeer... ARE YOU PROUD OF ME!! :sly:
you don't have to tell me I know you are..!!! :sly:

wowzers, you did it!
it took me forever as well, but luckily the sileighty and s13 Q's were the first two cars i bought for drifting. and about the s15, i'm still looking for a different color of one in the used car lot because i have one in an ugly color. anyone have silver?
but anyways yeah, D1 FC is awsome, im glad you enjoy it.

O.O well I think it looks best in silver.
but anyway back to 90's drifting...

what do you guys think about the stock NSX-R (concept) vs. modded NSX?
which do you think is better for drifting?
i mean, since both are 90's cars.

To everyone again:
I went to Infineon raceway today(actually thunder hill) since i live in SF and i got to see one of the coolest setups outside the paddock. in a straight row were daily driven:
180sx(black), 240sx(black), s2000(red leather, silver paint), TWO!!! Hyundai Tibruons(sp?) both silver, a purple NSX and a 240Z(red)!!!

its a sight enough to make a 16 year old boy cry.

i prefer a modded nsx as a moded one you can tune it to magnify the lift off effect that mr's are known for. stock has a bit of lift off, but moded, has alot. lift off is so much different from what i usually use, which is feint. when i go from the nsx to others its like a whole new world.
my settings are in the depot under NSXR Conecept if anyone wants to try them out.

the sil80 and nismo 270 R are great cars to drift with in stock trim and modified trim my sil80 has 320 hp on n2 and my 270r is stock on n1's

my sileighty is actually stock cept for sports brakes and suspension upgrades.
but the only things i have left to do to the car is stage1 turbo and intercooler.
NO ASM!
