Achievement- and Trophy-tracking outlet TrueAchievements has revealed the details of the new Achievements to be added in the upcoming “Horizon Realms” update for Forza Horizon 5, as well as the first ever list of PlayStation Trophies for a Forza title.
This next stage of Forza Horizon 5’s life will see the introduction of the “Horizon Realms” module. Realms will allow players on Xbox, PC, and — for the first time — PlayStation to explore some of the favorite themes across the past three and a bit years.
It will also introduce 17 new Xbox Achievements and PlayStation Trophies to work through, bringing the total to 164 Achievements for 3,000 Gamerscore and — of course — 165 PlayStation Trophies, accounting for the platform-specific “Platinum”.

As you might expect, the list of new Achievements is relatively low-level and comprises 10/20GS challenges only for a variety of involved tasks as you revisit old Evolving World maps. For PlayStation 5 players, it’s a straight set of Bronze Trophies:

Of course the remaining 147 Achievements will remain the same for Xbox and PC players, but they’re all new to PlayStation 5 gamers. This consists of 53 in the base game — for which collecting them all will award the platform-specific Platinum trophy — along with 27 apiece in the Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure expansions, 10 in Hide & Seek, and another 30 from various other additions in other updates.
The conversion from Gamerscore to Trophy isn’t always entirely straightforward, thanks to the skewing value of the Platinum (which is equivalent to 20 Bronze Trophies now) and that applies again here. While most of the top-scoring, 50GS Achievements convert into higher-grade Trophies it’s not uniformly the case.
One stark example is Seasoned Veteran, for completing an activity in every season, which moves from 50GS down to Bronze. Only two of the 30GS Achievements, Complete Collection and You Could Say I’m a Fan, remain as Silver, with the rest shunted down to Bronze.

For the most part they’re self-explanatory, but for newcomers to the Forza series (which likely encompasses a great many PlayStation 5 users) there’s a few that will require some familiarity with the terminology.
There is also one Trophy — that last one — that will require a PlayStation Plus subscription to complete, as it involves a multiplayer online event. That does mean that the Platinum is effectively locked behind a paywall, although you could rely on one of the several PS Plus free-play weekends across the year. Several of the expansion Trophies, including all of the Hide and Seek ones, also require PS Plus.
The game as a whole will also require a linked Microsoft account in order to play on PlayStation at all — and beware that this is a one-time, permanent link — and disappointingly it looks like Microsoft has no plans for a physical version either.
You’ll be able to head into Forza Horizon 5 on PlayStation from April 25 with a pre-order of the Premium Edition, with the game as a whole becoming available on April 29 alongside the Horizon Realms update on all platforms.
Separate DLC for the Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure expansions, as well as various car passes and add-ons, will also be available, with pricing due at a later date.
