Upcoming racing simulator Rennsport finally has an official release date for potential players to sink their teeth into: November 13, 2025.
The news comes directly from the official pre-order trailer for the sim racer, seen above. Starting today, the game is now available to purchase early on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles. Those that do will have some goodies on the other end in the form of the Ford Mustang GT3 with an exclusive livery to boot.
In addition, pre-orders grant a 72-hour early access pass, affording players a full three days to familiarize themselves with the game and fine-tune their settings ahead of the global launch.

Originally revealed as a PC-only, free-to-play title, Rennsport’s strategy has since evolved. Earlier this year, it was confirmed that the racing sim would also make its way onto current-gen consoles, widening its potential audience. The free-to-play model was later dropped in favor of a more traditional retail release.

Across all platforms, the game will be available in two versions: a Standard Edition and a Deluxe Edition. The Standard Edition is set to include 17 cars across seven different racing disciplines and 13 tracks spanning nine countries. With the pre-order exclusive, the car count rises to 18.
The Deluxe Edition will include one additional car, the Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport, and an extra track in the form of the Nürburgring Nordschleife. It also entitles players to two future DLC packs: “Endurance Classics Part 1” and “Touring Classics Part 1”.

PC players will have to wait a little bit longer for pre-order details across Steam and the Epic Games Store. In the meantime, PC players will have access to a demo version that looks to include one car and track: the BMW M2 CS Racing and Hockenheimring, respectively.
Pre-order details for PC players via Steam and the Epic Games Store are expected to be announced shortly. In the meantime, PC players will have access to a demo version featuring the BMW M2 CS Racing at the Hockenheimring. The full game on PC will then be available as DLC packs that upgrade the demo, a slightly different release method than on console.
Interestingly, Rennsport will launch just shy of two weeks before Project Motor Racing, which means the two will no doubt butt heads. While PMR may have an advantage in the sheer number of cars and tracks at launch, the battle will likely be won or lost in the nuances of their physics engines.
