Gran Turismo 7’s Next Update to Bring More Free Stealth Cars, Ford GT and Super Formula SF23

The Gran Turismo World Series arrives in Singapore on Saturday, October 3, and Polyphony Digital is running the Viewers Gift campaign for a third consecutive round. Two more “Stealth Model” cars are on offer, and as with Milan and Tokyo, the only way to get them is to watch the broadcasts from inside GT7.

The New Cars

The rewards are split across the two championship streams, same as the previous two rounds.

Watching the Manufacturers Cup stream earns a Ford GT Race Car ’18 Stealth Model, the race-spec version of the Ford GT. The Nations Cup stream delivers an SF23 Super Formula / Toyota ’23 Stealth Model, and it’s the first single-seater to get the Stealth treatment in GT7.

Both wear the deep black Stealth livery, and Polyphony confirms neither will be available for purchase anywhere in the game.

How to Claim Them

As with the other rounds, find the Viewers Campaign banner in the top-right corner of the GT7 World Map, open the Manufacturers Cup and Nations Cup broadcast links, and watch both streams to qualify for both cars.

The broadcast schedule for Saturday, October 3:

  • Manufacturers Cup: 09:00 UTC
  • Nations Cup: 12:00 UTC

You don’t have to watch live, and you don’t have to watch much. A few seconds of each stream is enough for the entry to register, and the campaign screen updates to confirm it once it’s in. The entry window runs from the start of each broadcast through Monday, October 19 at 8:59 UTC.

Rewards will be distributed in-game on Tuesday, October 20, and can be collected from the Gifts tab in your Garage. They’re only claimable for a limited time, so don’t leave them sitting there.

Stay Calm, Expect Problems

Both previous Stealth campaigns fell over under the weight of their own popularity.

The Milan rush knocked parts of the Gran Turismo website offline mid-broadcast and left players staring at error screens, with little official word until after the fact. Round 2 in Tokyo broke in much the same way, and Polyphony suspended entries entirely while it investigated, then brought the campaign back online three days later.

Nobody actually missed out either time, and it’s worth remembering that before the panic starts on Saturday morning. The window is more than two weeks long, the streams don’t need to be watched live, and both sets of cars were delivered on schedule in the end. If the entry system buckles again, the sensible response is to go touch grass and try again on Sunday.

What’s Next

Singapore is the last live event before the World Finals in Tokyo on December 5-6, and it’s the round that adds a Regional Cup to the usual Nations and Manufacturers format.

Three rounds in, Stealth Models look less like a Milan experiment and more like a permanent part of the World Series broadcast, which makes another pair at the Finals a reasonable bet. We’ll have a full preview of the Singapore round closer to race day.
