You poor people thinking XP is cool....
You must admit that XP is one of the better OSes. In the 2 years I've been using it, it's never crash/BSOD'ed on me once, and Windows has the greatest support for software. Win2K/XP and Office are probably the best things Microsoft has ever done.

Um, Apple, Linux, etc.... Stuff that you can get under the hood and customize.
...and have little support for software. When you think about it, why do people run OSes? For the applications that will run on it. Why do you think I'm so hesitant to switch to Linux, if all my apps run on XP and it doesn't crash? I don't see the point in switching to a new OS and finding new software just to please the Gates-haters.

Xp nevre crashes on me much, I just ant to try Linux to see if it is faster, and such. plus, i want to get an Athlon 64 in the futre and I want a 64 bit OS!

If you say I can wait for Windows XP64, I am tired of sucking on the Microsoft Teet.

Plus, if I decied to go into compter engineering, I would like to be fluent with Linux and Windows.

 ha, its has crappy reslution! *points and laughs at sUn's puny background* You are not a man!

Beats me, but I've very font of a white theme with a white background with a centered sex on wheels. 👍

The resolution is the reason I'm using it.

It's more commonplace to have Firefox, nowadays, SS2. Nothing special. Heck, I even slipstreamed it into my Windows XP disc, no more problems with IE anymore.

It's new to me. This is my first computer to even be fast enough to have Firefox.;)

Sun, you were right about RoyalMod! It is good! The black should be darker, though. I'm running Midnight Blue!

Don't thank me, thank Shannon! I wouldn't found out of that visual style, if it wasn't for him.

Here's where I got how to setup my unattended slipstream XP disc. Oh yeah, I originated the XP disc from my existing Alienware XP install disc. All I had to do was rip it into an .iso with Alcohol 120%.

Hey Joey, where'd you pick up that fabulous wallpaper?

I don't think Firefox slipstreaming would be such a great idea. Not when a new build is released every few months (or every night if you get the nightly builds).

Well, I have IE support through FireFox, so I'm ok for the windows updates. But, I don't really see a need to update Firefox at the moment, it's working just fine at ver. 0.9. Maybe when they have 1.0 I'll remake a slipstream XP disc, but by then, who knows, I might have XP64.
