I started at midnight and after cooking for about 90 minutes to two hours, and falling asleep soon after, this morning, my family and I woke up to this...

Wait for it...

Wait for it...

This will probably cost me my last 10 infraction points and get me banned from this place when I say, "All y'all can just KISS MY ASS!!!" This is THE best pot of chili in the history of the world. And I ain't sharin' any of it! :p

So, 'My Last Meal' included...

Solid Lifters, those chilis look fantastic. How did you make them/what's your recipe for them?

Happy Thanksgiving:

And I finished the night with Tom and Jerrys for everyone:

This combination is instant Itis. Don't plan on driving home until you have at least a 3 hour nap. It knocked me out for 5.

Yellow stuff is?

Home-made creamed corn. The yellow lump to the right is macaroni and cheese. Stuffing to the left. Everything was done from scratch btw. :D Turkey is on the other side of the mac and cheese and stuffing (strategically placed to contain the creamed corn) of course, with the ham piled on top of that. There was also sweet potato pie/casserole, but I had a small bit of that as a kind of dessert because I was full and feeling narcoleptic. We got the sweet potato recipe from our old southern neighbors.

Looks like corn covered in chicken gravy. Look closer and it's corn.

Corn in chicken gravy? You have a wild imagination.

Ready for this one?

Honey-baked Ham and Cheez-Its, washed down with a cup of mocha cubano. :D

Real pantry-eating going on here. The mocha is equal parts of these pictured below with a small teaspoon of sugar and a shake of salt.

Talking of pantry eating, I made myself some Campbell's soup, canned corn and ramen for lunch. I didn't know what else to eat and I'm planning on leaving the last of the Thanksgiving leftovers for tonight.

Deep-fried sushi(California Roll). it's Tempura battered, so it came out really tasty. I also fried it in a mix of Olive, Grapeseed, and Chipotle oils. so flipping goooooooood.

At Steak954 right now. Pics soon.

I love dining with other people's money. Cocktail: Ginger Julep-- mint, ginger, lime, drambouie, something, and ginger beer. 1st course, seafoods platters. Mutant shrimps, lobstertails, oysters, crab legs, and some kind of citrus-thai crab salad on ice slabs set in acrylic. Main course, 16oz prime NY strip, pictured, with truffle fries, truffle potatoes au gratin, sour cream potato pancake pie ( ), broccolini, creamed spinach, and asparagus. Desert: Vietnamese coffee and pumpkin souffle, pictured. Pumpkin souffle had a brandy pecan sauce (middle) with some kind of ice cream with nutty seeds in it. I forget what the ice cream was, exactly. Vietnamese coffee is pretty good though. It's basically sweetened, condensed milk at the bottom of a glass with a dark (french) roast dripped or poured over it. You can stir up the drink until it's sweet enough and then enjoy the sticky, thick milk at the end.

I'm getting sick of Shake 'n Bake.
You can actually stomach that crap?

I'm still undecided as to what's for supper. I have 4 minutes to figure that out and make it.

Barely. Thank god I was starving. Made my throat feel good after the scuba tanks dried it out from aquatics. And my mouth still tasted like the air. And someone else's mouth. :yuck:

I made steak tacos tonight which also means tomorrow I get to eat steak and egg breakfast tacos for breakfast and steak quesadillas for lunch. I'm looking forward to it. And I've had about 7 gin and tonics tonight.
