This looks great, kind of like GTA IV in the Wild West, apparently it has the biggest world R* has ever made.

I've been tracking this game for a while now, it certainly appears to be shaping up to be something pretty good. If I find some spare cash soon, this is one of a few games on my possible purchase list.
 
I'm deffo going to buy this. A welcome addition so I can put my mind off Battlefield and MW2 for a while. :) IGN has a ton of nice preview vids of the game to make your mouth water. :drool:
 
There's plenty of most websites now, the multiplayer looks particularly interesting and I'm definately planning on spending plenty of time in there.

I didn't spot that at all, good work 👍 I was so miffed that I couldn't find it and I was so sure one existed.

Anyways, I'm looking to trade in alot of my old games (7 or 8 infact) and this is likely where the moneys going with Amazons gold weapon pre-order offer and the game itself being just £35 on there currently.
 
I bit the bullet and pre-ordered the Limited Edition (game + soundtrack + War Horse + Golden Guns + Deadly Assassin outfit) for 120NZD - stock of that edition is in tight supply for the Aus/NZ market so I decided to get an order in before it was sold out :dopey:
 
I had a look at the Limited to, but for a price bump of about 40+%, no thanks. Especially when I'll get one of those things anyway.
 
What price bump? Over here it would've cost exactly the same whether I got the limited edition or not :lol:
 
I'm paying the equivalant to 75-76 NZD though, if I bought the limited I'd be paying about 108 NZD from Amazon for both prices.
 
game looks good, just as mentioned a GTA in the wild west. It will be at the top of my Gamefly list, will probably purchase it if it's as good as it looks. :)👍
 
I hope they'll get rid of those framerate issues before they release it. Bothers me a bit. But I'll buy it anyway. I know for sure that it will be a game I like.

Thats 60€, thats what the base game would cost me here in GER.

No risk of stupid censorship either and no ****** german voiceacting.
Seriously there has to be an "association of unmotivated voice actors" or something here, most of the localization is just so bad.
 
You can also buy the standard version from gamehubs, it's like 40 Euro, 20 cheaper than the LE. I don't care if I have 1 less outfit. 20 bucks is 20 bucks.
 
Yeah but I'm a sucker for Collectors Editions, and its from Rockstar Games so its gonna be worth the money. :)

I haven't ordered myself anything there yet, but I'm thinking of ordering RDR there. I heard it has good service and great prices so I guess I'll get it from there.
 
The game looks very interesting. I''' wait until the first few reviews come out to have a proper litmus test on whether it's worth a purchase, but by the looks of it i'll probably get it anyway for the vast areas to explore. Online should be an awesome experience!

Wise move. Doing that also for over a year now, with amazon being my best friend. i hope they don't change prices in uk. they should reduces prices here and i would buy a lot of more games.
Uk import i pay for a Ps3 game +- 38€ instead of +-min 60€ here
for the pc it is even more +- 30€ instead of +-55€ here


The Saboteur in german is funny as ppppffff. nazies get generalized as germans, in SOF2 you fight against roboters,....
Worst german voice acting i seen so far was the first Dragon Ball Tv series.
They opened the mounth for a hole sentence and in german it was just "ja".... so hillarious.

I eager to see this game in action. Will it be anything like Call of Juarez???
I try it when it's out, when it's good fun it's a direct buy
 
I placed my pre-order on Amazon for the normal version at £35 (with the golden gun pack as a pre-order bonus). I did play the first one which wasn't open world, it was much more linear but it was still fun and I have a good feeling about this one, it looks much more complete and diverse.

Very interesting, good to hear I can avoid the auto-aimers. This game just keeps getting better and better.
 
According to CVG, Game Informer gave Red Dead a 9.75/10 which is an excellent score and makes me feel very good about my pre-order 👍. There's also trailers coming out pretty rapidly which are worth searching for.
 
My money is waiting (PS3), not bothering to pre order (pre order bonus is lame).

I preordered it without the bonus stuff. 40 euros. Sounds good doesn't it? :)
First it was 38 eur, so the price has risen a bit. I think that when it's out it's going to get even higher. Time = money. Literally, haha.
