Not satisfied, I was teased with Zahara but have yet to see it, or an explanation as to where it went.

That's all I want (for now), to recieve our future 'cruising' course, and a potential peek into the course-generator-thingy.

What they did change/re-arrange for now may keep some happy a bit longer, but w/o the constant new content, which they claimed time and time again, to enjoy my cars with (more or new tracks/parts/etc), the game continually becomes repetitive and stagnant, that's why Hybrids were such a 'breath of fresh air', all those new possibilities and potential, it was the glory days...

Really, the game already has over 1200 cars and 39 tracks. Is that seriously not enough content? If, on the other hand, by content, you mean additional career and seasonal event races, then I am totally with you. I would like to see them do the GT5 schedule of weekly seasonal events.
Career events are just as much content as tracks and cars. in fact I would say they're more important than more cars and tracks.

TCS on the karts is kind of a joke, no need for it nor for SRF or any other assists. I don't understand why people had issues with them, the shifter karts are the only ones you even had to be careful with due to the lower gearing they could spin the tires but they were not hard at all just had to be a little careful in the corners.

I would say if you had trouble driving the karts then how on earth could you drive an LMP or FGT wihtout SRF and TCS 10

Amen..

BWX
No.

It's BS that PD didn't fix at least the glaring bug that wrecks most of SP S-Spec races and a bunch of on-line modes.

Pit-stop tire bug is ridiculous. More ridiculous that it is not fixed by now. I haven't played in many weeks because of it.
It was a joke my friend, that is all!

Personally......I don't care how many more rabbits they add, I don't want to chase them anymore. What I do want is to be able to race on tracks online with my friends and not feel like I'm still playing on GT5 tracks. Maybe they could give us some feature where we could create all the tracks we want so they don't have to be bothered with it.

Online would be more fun for me if it had more structure. So hopefully community features or quick match will make it fun for me.

There's no need to put down people who had trouble driving the shifter karts. I love driving all of the cars in GT from the Civics to the FGT but driving the shifter karts with a DS controller was just a terrible experience for me. I finally got gold in all of the kart races before they put the aids in and I wouldn't make fun of someone who uses driving aids to get past the kart series.

I'd have to say I'm just feeling ambivalent about the update. I was really happy to see SOMETHING from PD but after reading the official and undocumented changes I just don't feel that excited to jump back in. I was going to update this evening because I'd heard they let you go off road again which got me a little excited because that would be the only way to get my friends back into the game. They've all moved on to other things and none of my friends play GT anymore. :( But then I heard it wasn't as big of a change so ehhh.. I'm just going to read GTP and wait to see if PD finally adds significant content with some future update..

I wasn't putting down anyone, that is a legit question how could you drive the FGT it you can't drive a kart? As I said the shifter karts are the only ones that will even spin the tires and they do very little of that. The biggest issue would be the steering input with a DS controller and that just requires a little practice, adding TCS, SRF and such is a waste of time especially when there are so many other things that need doing much more.

This is probably everyone's reaction...

yeah Im satisfied. I'm pretty sure there is more to come, so patience is all it takes.

A few minor things were changed, some where added that makes me say "cool", but nothing that really wows me.

Onwards to v1.06!

Funnily enough I do very well with all of the other cars (Besides the X1 or whatever, but that thing can die in a fire). I use like 2 or 3 TCS on the LMPs or FGT, but not SRF or ASM. Just the stupid slippery karts. I can't explain it. It's odd. But now I've beaten the karts today, with a little TCS and the SRF, and will never again have to drive a kart in GT6, and I am happy.

It's very typical on this forum. People get very teary eyed about using legitimate options in a video game. I don't understand why, but hey, some people need something to cling to, I guess.

I didn't expect much, but got some improvements, so I guess I'm satisfied.
I really like that when drifting online, the game can count points instead of just a sort of time attack. Hopefully that will make all the X1's and other crap to disappear.
And the Frozen BMW is kind of...cool XD

I vote 'Satisfied' but still more could've been added.

You spare a thought for those who are still having problems before this update improved the kart handling with SRF and TCS!

Before the update, clearing the 125 Shifter was like clearing the X2010 challenge back in GT5. But now it has helped to even the playing field against those cheating AI karts. I finally cleared the race and got the problem off my back.

Well they fixed a huge problem I had. Not being able to see the lobby settings before I joined. Now I know who's on proper tires, so I'm content for now. Now if they fix camber (I'm assuming they didn't as that would be a huge topic)and maybe fix the car sounds (I'm pretty sure that won't happen until GT7) I would be a happy camper for a while. I don't care to much about content. It would be nice to get the Laferrari and the McLaren P1 but I don't really drive the super cars in the game as it is. And they already have the Nurburgring so I'm happy enough with the update. Yea it could have been way better. But at least they are improving. What I really want to see is more realistic car handling traits and what not. All I have ever wanted to do from the start in GT5 was build an amazing corvette that was damn near unbeatable. With weight reduction and ballast there is no reason that almost every single sports car in the game corners better than a corvette. It's complete and utter ********. But hey. I think Forza sucks, and I'm not
a fan of the Xbox so I guess I'll just keep driving my RX7's NSX's and Lotus's around, none of which I would buy over a corvette in real life. I guess I'll take what I can get. Screw yourself PD..

I am very satisfied, this update gives more comfort to the game.

Yes, there are no new tracks and no new features but we must be patient, all updates are welcome.

I'm pretty conviced now that they'll wait to release the course maker and such (you know, the "big" features) until they'll hit 2.0. So they can release their "Spec2" again as a big update, wich in fact will only add the stuff that should have been there when the game was originally released...

I voted not satisfied, but at the sime time I don't agree with this view of what makes a game "longer". There are, what 300-400, premium cars and 30ish tracks. That is way more than any pc racing sim and people keep playing those for years. I play AC and I've been having fun for a long time with 5-6 tracks and 20ish cars. It's about the things you can do with the content not the quantity of cars.
If GT6 had an event creator, proper AI, working suspension settings, better physics, tolerable sounds and no ridiculous car prices I would be entertained for years.
