Tomica Subaru R2- Japan

Probably just going to paint it cherry red. Depends. I've a silver one on the way, and I have no intentions of completing the set with the blue one. What would you do, @Cano
oops forgot to stamp photos.

Leave them alone. But if you really want to paint one, paint the silver one lol

Guys, I think I just got a legit Kyosho error. I'm going to see what the seller can do about it, because the car in his listing photos look perfectly normal.

i dunno, what do you think?

Notice how the axle doesn't even line up with where it looks like it's supposed to go (relative to the mold on the base)?

Next K-Mart day is November 8th. Should be "B" case cars, Super TH should be the RRRoadster:

Edit: Here's the mail-in car, also date confirmed at top:

Can't wait for the exclusives. I'm addicted to k days I'll try and go in November, as long as my k mart stays open I'll keep going to k days. I think it's one of the last ones still open in west Michigan.

Woah. :odd:

The nearest one to me is in the process of closing. The next closet is 30 miles away.

Based on the location of the exhaust on the left side there, I'm going to guess that's not the same car. Does it move?

The exhaust pipe is a separate piece from the base. I take it the base is being pried apart from the axle, because the now-sloped base is what's causing the exhaust pipe to be pushed even further down.

I'm torn. The thing's so pretty and hard to find that I want to fix it, but at the same time, it's an error! God!

I painted my Stockar TH. You should to. Paint the inside blue and you get a blue nascar with the #68 TH livery on it.

That would look badass.

The regular treasure hunts now are really not worth that much. Hardly anyone cares about them anymore, I always leave them behind if it's not a casting I collect.

That's what I figured. But I feel accomplished that I found my first ones.

Just don't paint it silver like I did. I was going to do blue myself, but while I was looking for my can 'o blue, I found a can 'o "chrome" and imagined how cool it'd be to have a chrome nascar.... but it turned up dull, dark and boring.... it almost matches the flat silver on the decals that it doesn't look like I painted it at all.

I'd fork out cash on none of those cars!

Money saved: successful.

Reality: money moved to something else.

I forgot you don't collect Hot Wheels anymore but still post in the Hot Wheels thread. :p

Edit: Unless you missed the Aston in the middle there.

Can't be collecting DB5s. I cut them off the list before I got attached. I did get myself the silver one, but I found a loose one at work so I held onto it. :p

edit: wait hold on- what's the spectrablack flame one at the bottom right? It's not a 300. It's not the Fury. It definitely is not the '57 Chevy.... and it definitely doesn't have the huge bumper like the Belvedere. What is that?
