Don't get his hopes up, they are $3.97 + tax.

I figured that you usually find them cheaper, so it was safe to mention the price. First one I saw, it probably was $3.97(Walmart). $2.99 was at Fred Meyer's(Kroger). At least they were on the peg marked for $2.99 M2s. Sorry Cano.

I like you, but you are crazy.

You know, I was hesitant to damage a perfectly mint condition card at first. Since all my other Land Cruisers have gone loose, I figured this would have to as well. It keeps the whole blog page consistent, you know?

But in terms of money, this sacrilegious deed only cost me $20 of its value. By the time I sell this in the future, I'd still make back the amount I paid for this. I mean, yeah I'd make back more if it was carded, but whatever, I like to live a little sometimes.

Plus, I'm doing others a favour of showcasing what a loose one looks like. Them carded guys will forever only see the few sides to the whole thing.

Yup no probs. I'm just going to need you to sign this contract that requires you to make payments on a rental fee at a daily rate starting as low as $33.99, as well as a $2000 principal and $400 monthly payments to cover any potential damage/loss.

This ain't no run of the mill stuff. Tis the holy grail.



Oh I almost forgot. The Daily Rate starts counting the moment it's shipped. And if I happen to drop the box 3 or 4 times on the way to the post office, you're liable for it.

Same. I used to collect these things. Cool little ride. Shame casting's shabby. My 12 sold for an underwhelming $26 sadly. Most of them were basic cars though.

I'm up to 23, one of those is a prototype though. Missing 3 that I know of: car posted above, zamac convention car, yellow/pink w/5sp.

When I found out a lot of MR2s and Miatas were from playsets, I learned how little opportunity there is find those exclusive cars. Someone back then had to have either bought it for their kid to play with or bought it and held onto it for years. Play sets and large items are often overlooked by collectors so these become scarce over time.

Learning from that, I didn't hesitate for a second to put $15 on this guy last year:

2013 Power Rangers Air Jump Set.

Seems expensive now, but tis would likely be highly-sought from other Yur So Fast collectors years down the road.

And yes, I think the Your So Fast is a solid design. I want one with clear glass for customizing. But really?

When your mission is to get every release, you don't sit back and question whether you like the way it looks.

Think about it this way, had I not bought that at the store and years down the road I find out it exists but could never find it on eBay, if someone monopolized his/her one and only Power Rangers set online, you'd bet I'd have to pay more than $15 for it (including shipping).

No :/ I don't collect castings per sé, I just collect what I like. There are castings that I absolutely adore, but I can't drag myself to buy them/keep them if they come with horrible graphics, wheels, colors and stuff. There are very very few castings that I'm close to having all the variations made, unless they're freaking limited or were made for one year only. A couple I can think of are the 80s classic cars like the Talbot Lago, the Rolls, the Duesenberg, the Auburn and the Mercedes 540K, but I'm missing several of each still.

I'm curious to know why it is that when I sell items on eBay and ship them USPS first class that they arrive super fast to their destination, but when I buy things off eBay and they are shipped first class that they take ages to get here?

And one of them is coming from San Diego, CA and has sat there for two days now. I could have driven there, picked it up, and driven back in less time than that.

That's how much a play set costs. I remember I picked up a 10-pack for two multipack exclusives when I got that play set, swapped out that Yur So Fast with some other car in the 10-pack, headed straight for a donation center and dropped off the crap there. Busy day it was. [/yoda]

But yes, the Yur So Fast is a pretty cool fantasy car. Have I shared pics of the custom one I did?
