Kmart in Australia has Hot Wheels for $1 each at the moment. Found some cool new models.

Given that they get their business from retailers ordering from them, I can't really picture that happening. They're a distributor after all. If they had warehouse sales every now and then, that'd be totally awesome.

They do have their own store, I think in LA.

The Tomica store my brother went to in Vietnam.

Don't really need much more in a store when you have Tomica cars on one side and Gunpla figures on the other, amirite? I just can't imagine how vast those stores might be, and I would love to see one in person. Your brother is really lucky to have visited a store like that.

Here goes another one down the display, a made-in-France Majorette Mercedes Benz 408 road maintenance truck. I don't have pictures of it all filthy because I used it to develop some tampos for a fire truck Ahmed was restoring that has the exact same cab, so I cleaned it up with my shirt when that happened. But here is how it looks all shined up. About 1978 or 79, maybe.

I got lucky and got them the day they were stocked. But I haven't seen very many of them since.

I have 3 Walmarts in my area and they don't have any of them.

So... It turns out my local ASDA does stock more than a few HotWheels cars! Joy!

Only they're on random isles like the breakfast cereal isle and even the alcohol isle (???).

However, whilst cleaning out the cupboard in my house I found something of a novelty which I will show you all later on. It's definitely worth the wait (although I'm not 100% of the scale...)

Got lucky at a Meijer first found the super van on the pegs

Then I saw some unopened cases on a kart and asked a employee if I can open them he said yes so I did. There were two jx cases and one ju.

Opened the jx cases nothing, no super treasure hunts. Opened the ju case and found this.

Only 1 jeep TH.

@Gotbeefboy564 I got this Holiday Hot Wheels today & it wasn't from Walmart. Seriously though, I've been striking out on RLC/HWC stuff, so I was semi-shocked I was able to get something nice for change. Lot of their cars are 50% off right now too, if anyone's interested(I believe they are U.S./Canada only). They even have free shipping over $25, so I saved like crazy.

P.S. Congrats to @yabiggoose & @Ken Koios for their awesome finds yesterday. I'm jealous.

I forgot all about this thing on eBay, and I was at work. I get on my phone, and it was like 15 seconds left. I enter the amount, I was convinced that I was too late. I think I got it for $34 shipped, with two seconds left. Scariest part: It arrived today in a bubble envelope, squished inside my post office box. I don't know how the card is still straight.

Well, if you could draw a straight line through the warped envelope's shape, then it's certainly not impossible for the card to be unscathed!

Plus, isn't this card thicker than what we have now? Or am I mistaking it for the blue cards from the early '90s?
