You know you guys don't have to show us your whole collection.![]()
@ R1600- If I posted my WHOLE collection...this thread would never load properly. Plus I post groups of cars not wanna at a time very often like ...cough... Cano.![]()
Then what would the point beeeeeeeeee
Besides, I only do one-car shots to stuff that's somewhat rare and uncommon. You can notice that the supermarket stuff, for instance, is always featured in one single shot showing several cars, because come on, you can always go grab yours and stare at it. Like this Ferrari 5-pack:

But few people here have the Lesneys I just posted or the blue first edition Cobra Wyvern pulled in the previous page, and so on. Some people don't even know them. And it's always sweet to show off a very good/minty condition car you just grabbed at the flea market for pennys, specially if it's really rare and valuable.
Having said that, I'll now finish the Lesney post and I'll also show you some flea market tidbits.
Horse truck... without horses. Come on, it's very hard to find it with them. At least it's got the side door. They always show up without it, too.

A 4-axle cement mixer which has a system that rotates the container as you roill the car... asumming it rolls, because these Lesney cars weren't very good at rolling.

An earlier Pipe Truck with two of it's six pipes still in there. Yes, the rubber band is also original.

The Dodge tow truck, a very common Lesney casting; there is an hyper-rare, hyper-expensive version of this with inverted colors, green cabin, yellow rear.

This trash truck always appears without the rear articulated piece. It's difficult to find complete.

At FREAKING LAST the Alvis Stalwart. You cannot imagine for how long had I been chasing this thing. It is very common, but very difficult to find in good shape and with it's six tires intact. This one has all six of them, all original, and the BP tampos are decent. It's missing the canvas top but I'm planning on reproducing that one, too.

The famous Hoveringham Tipper, a very early Lesney model with no interior or glass. The tampos are still holding up!

And it has the rear gate. It's always missing on these.

The foam airport fire truck, I have ALLLLWAYS loved this model because of how absolutely odd it is and because the foam cannon is actually metal.

Also, it's complete! See those white letters on the sides? Those are plastic pieces. Yes, you guessed it, they are always missing.

Another very common Lesney casting, the 8-wheel Crane, in very good condition. This was actually an upgrade for another one I prevously had, and which has found a new home since.

The Hut truck in very good shape, but the hut is missing it's roof. I also hope to be able to reproduce these accesories, as they are always, always missing.

And lastly, this Model of Yesteryear never showed up in any group picture, so I'll just throw it here. It's a 1911 Maxwell. It's mostly complete, but it's missing the grille mesh. I'm already trying to find something to replace it.

This post is long enough already, so I'll just leave this pic of a few fleamarket trashies I found.

The Jada 240Z will of course see restoration, and it makes me happy to know I'll be able to repop the two Watanabe wheels it's missing; The gold sand buggie was bought as a wheel donor; the Audi, Mercedes and Porshe are all Wellys, and the black Shadow F1 is a France-made Majorette, and the only really worthy piece of the bunch of a single-car shot:

And more supermarket stuff, including the Willys TH:

Moar, much moar, later on.
