Well, at least I know they are in good hands, it was money well spent. the loose car venture is pretty good, Wyvern. All the stuff is REALLY good. The first edition Cobra is probably the top car in the entire haul, that thing's FREAKING hard to find. I hit myself twice for forgetting that auction. Also, the Real Rider race cars, what a deal got dammit.

Very good stuff all of it, even the trapped ones are droolable.

Challenging indeed.

EDIT: Oh and also, the 1995 Real Rider Unimog... $10 for the lot!!!! Just that car is worth that!!! You REALLY scored with that thing. I've chased that car for years to no avail. Cheaply, of course. You got it like I wish I'd do.

Went to a different toys r us in alhambra today and brought in a decent haul. Got the new boxter, tundra, and 599xx (YES!). I also picked up a tomica dual pack with the b4 legacy and mitsuoka orochi. I find it very strange that both turbo and executive tomica cant stand upright for too long lol

Major want. Sadly, they don't sell singular car Tomicas here in NZ, only playsets and planes IIRC. The only way to get cars here is second hand or spring $30, $40 or even $50 for a playset.

Now you've got me looking for Hot Wheels/Matchbox/Tomica.

The local Toy World got a new shipment in today and I spent $50 on cars. I also have a 5 car pack and a 20 car pack to show you. Pics to come over the weekend. Love the cars you are showing Cano keep them coming. I love that Tall Ryder you got Diabolicwyvern it used to be one of my favourites when I was younger and would love to get it again.

About the Mercedes lot...that was the sellers mistake. He accidentally put about 30 ten car lots on ebay divided by brand and car type (all chevy...all vans etc) with buy it now at $10. come to find out he meant to start the listings there and allow bidding. I happened to buy the mercs about twenty minutes after he posted them then about ten minutes later he removed them all. he send me the lot though, honest chap.

Gotta keep up with Wyvern! But I only have more Lesney pictures at my disposal. Today I'll finish editing the rest of the stuff and post them soon. In the meanwhile, lets blow this page. This may not be the most popular post because it will be full of trucks, but whatever.

And yup, one by one; a Claas combine harvester with it's tires intact.

And this thing, also with all its 4 tires; I mention this because many of these are really hard to find with their tires, they slip out of the wheels with pure gravity in some cases.

In this case, the tracks are also very prone to breaking, so I'm also happy that this thing still has them both.

finally a decent Land Rover complete with the luggage on top, a fine companion to the one I restored.

This truck is actually hard to find, much more common is the one with only one rear axle:

I don't remember how this thing is called, but I love it because it's sooo odd; pretty tattered, a better one will come some day:

A pipe truck missing the pipes, duh. The truck is in great shape and I have one of the pipes that came with it, so I'll try to make repros of thsoe, too. These are always missing the pipes.

A Dodge dump truck with plastic base and twin rear axle,s I love this casting and hope to one day have it minty. For now this will suffice.

One of the worse cars in the lot is also one of the coolest; there are several variations of this bus, this is my first one.

Yet again, a tractor with it's tires intact. With car you can find rubber rings that look a lot like tires, but you can't replace such a complex tire as the ones in the rear of this thing.

A complete Mercedes Unimog, whch has the peculiaruty of having a real tire as it's spare, under the bed.

I'll complete the post later on, time to go home.

And do I spy rear view mirrors on that Bentley Hot Wheels Model?

The only different between the two is that the New York Autoshow model didn't have black stripes on it. The retail model will, and will also be readily available. You won't have to worry about not finding it.

These packs came from Canada. I'm thrilled to FINALLY have a Holden Commodore...and I've got 2! I've never seen cars packaged like this. The cars are on individual cards but then there's a plastic casing around the entire lot of them. The back of them just has a UPC code. Could be a homemade group, but why would someone do that?? You would need a vacuum sealer and a lot of patience. $27 and change for the lot and that included the $9 parcel shipping.​

Reminds me of the guy who bought a friend of mines prized mint hot bird, the guy promptly took it out of its protective case and opened it.. my friends face was like 0.0 YOU BASTARD!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't have opened a 120$ car * yes he sold it for 120$ to this20 year old guy* Lol I had my giggle I have one that wouldn't sell for probably more than 20$ and new outa box ! I don't like opening old cars because lets face it 80% of them are outa box and 70% of them are well well played with.

Then you'll only be able to get it on eBay, because the car with no stripes won't be coming to retail shelves. (unless it's an error, good luck on that)

Heck no I didn't open them! They were vacuum sealed with so fading on car or card. I really want one of the Holdens loose but I'd have to open all three to get it....I just rather continue my search.

While I can't answer your first question, I do know that Siku make a SLS AMG. I'm pretty sure Apokalipse only bought one a few weeks ago and posted it in this thread.

When I had upload trouble with imageshack, I switched to photobucket, and it's been working fine for me.
