Kakashi, you need to start taking less boring photos.

It has very little impact on us your rate of dishing out photos.
 
Well I certainly didn't expect that. At least it will be a mainline.
But here's my eBay prediction: $50+ all day long for one of those when they're found.
 
Again... Mattel is really picking up good cars this year if they haven't started already. 👍


Anywho, I wanted to share this with you guys:

After sorting through all the cars I have, the ones I'm keeping are placed in the center cardboard box, as well as the two clear containers sitting on the tote. I'm making the trays that will store the cars in said tote, and all the cars I no longer want are in the white box with the lid. I should really review this again because I've only managed to take out only about a quarter of what I have. Was expecting something closer to 4/9ths of my total.

The foamcore mini trays are just additional temporary storage and all my customs are in the blue bin on the bottom right.

No included in the photos are the 20 cars siting on my wall shelf as well as all the disassembled cars in the works.

On an unrelated note, I still have the AE86 I found by cans of peas carded, and I just noticed that it's an error or whatever.

If you look at the pic I posted again, you can kinda see that the window piece is halfway down into the car. Probably not worth anything but now I'm hesitant to open it.
 
Just another heads up, Boulevard sets on sale at Walmart.com for $50, and someone on HWC picked up a few sets today from his local store for $30 each. I would get one for $30 but my local store doesn't have any, so...
 
Last time I dared venture into a local Wal-Mart they didn't have Boulevards at all. Nothing but a few rows of mainlines and I think one peg of Hot Ones actually.

Yeah, no joke. Tomica Limited I checked the price on couple of weeks ago were same. About $7 new. Sucks so bad that we get the garbage Tomica in the States, but none of the good stuff. :indiff:

My store had it for $40, each. I'm like you, for $30, I'd probably get one.
 
I just ordered today off Amazon the Chevy vs Ford Garage set for $34 with free two day shipping. :D
My Walmart has the Boulevard 30s for $60 and I think that will be my next big purchase. After that will be the Garage 30 set from Ollie's.

Just a little tip to you guys in school: if you have a student email address and use it to register an Amazon account, you get Prime free for six months and you pay half price from there on out. Plus you get special deals on school stuffs too. :D

If I were you, I'd get the 30 Garage ASAP. That IMO is the best buy, and coolest of the three. I also do love Ford vs. Chevy. I paid $36 for those, and they were worth it to me. Boulevard, if I didn't have all the cars I want already, I might consider it. Are you sure it's $60 though? What if you used the online ordering, free ship to the store? I think it's $50 online?

*edit If anybody has Boulevard Camaro(that blue one) for trade, let me know. Here's the link to what I have for trade.
 
I may sound silly, but I actually prefer the Hot Wheels one I posted to your Kyosho in this particular case. Then again, I see the headlights on yours, and it is absolutely amazing considering the scale. :crazy:

Just saw that my Target has their Boulevards on clearance for around $2.50. There was nothing good, but it might be worth looking at other stores.

Jealous over the Kyosho Ferrari P4 and Tomica 2000GT. Although I'm happy with my really small Tomica capsule 2000GT. :p
