How the hell do you find the HW Racing series for such a low price? $1.99?! The hell!!!? It's $5.47 here all day everday.

I just don't see the appeal. If I could have one, if it wasn't for the collector value, I'd rather have you make me one, and it would look cooler. Actually, did they ever do R32 with normal paint job? It seems like every one I've seen has really over-the-top tampo job on them. :yuck:

I like the dark blue with the Nismo graphics. One of the best looking released for that one.

The Dream Garage versions weren't bad:

Except it's unlikely anyone's going to sell those... at a decent price if anything.

edit: Oh wow. To ship this box of cars to California is $89 for Expedited. Those numbers on eBay weren't ridiculous!

Drat! Ya'll remember i said that my neighbor told me and my brother we would could make a list of the things we wanted from ebay and such right? Well this is one of the things i had really wanted, it was on auction and my neighbor was the leading bidder until someone placed a higher bid with literally only 2 seconds left on the clock! I was on my ps vita and i witnessed it with my own eyes! Man! This is why i hate auctions! *Kicks stuff everywhere*

I watched that auction end as well...

Aside from the van, which could be had in a sto n go, the rest are VERY hard to find.

I can believe that! Some of them i have never seen with tampos like that before! That Ford Sierra was one of my most favorite ones in the set, along with that jaguar and the Ford Transit Wrecker. Never seen that formula one before at all. ...and to think it slipped through my fingers!

AOS: I got the blue Garage Stingray Concept thing.

I hit the jackpot today guys. I go WAY out of town, I found bunch of cool stuff, and FINALLY (keep it PG...)scored my first Super Treasure Hunt! It's an average one, but at least it's one I relatively like. :D I'll post pics when I get a minute!

Rookies. :p

My recent sale, with two seconds left, I closed the page. I thought it sold for the minimum bid of $9. Remember, it had two seconds left when I closed the page.

I go to my "sold" page, it was over $12. This dude cut it really close, too. I did feel bad for the guy who was leading until being sniped, because he won another one of my auction, but I've no doubt that he was trying to take advantage of my free combined shipping.
Well worth the $30 if you ask me. Looks great and very nice pictures as well. 👍
I did my best on that picture man. I really did. Thank you.

Gold one's sharp! 👍

Edit: Ben, I like the gold Escalade.👍 Hyperline's cool, too!

the rarest Sierra

I stopped bidding on this one at just under $20.

The European standard models, aside from the '82 Supra, are my favorites. (Probbaly why Cano was surprised even more when I wasn't bidding on the Mexican 505s!)

Edit: Anyone gets their hands on the FAO Schwarz Black Sierra....let me know!

Wow! I like them Sierra's!:dopey: Need to keep my eyes open for anymore that come along. Hopefully no auctions! I bet that set i about won probly had a few european models in there, i could be wrong. Im hoping to get another Sierra when Kit Kringle stocks up this week.:) (hopefully)

Wow greedy people these days! Im not a fan of auctions.:indiff: I prefer "buy now". What do you think of that set i posted by the way?

It's in my R32 GT-R parked outside one of my two houses in England. And it's dark out & my camera broke!

Well, I snipe. When I don't, on occasion, some idiot keep chipping away at my bid until he finally outbids me on the fourth try(seriously, I think the record is six or seven).

Perfect solution for everyone is to employ something like 15 minute rule the gun auction I'm using has. When the auction is supposed to come to an end, it will give bidders 15 minutes to counter any last minute bids. eBay is 🤬 up in that department.

I do like the set, by the way. 👍

I use eBay for buying two different ways

Buy it now only (searching newest listings first)

Here my goal is to win auctions being sold by third parties...consignments, ma and pa shops...people who aren't sure the real value so they guess. I've scored many an auction titled "huge lot of cars" or "old hotwheels" I can't remember. If they don't take the time to mention highlights in the auction, chances are they're not informed. (or stupid, never rule stupid out)

Auctions only (searching ending soonest)

Here my goal is purely to snipe. I bid most often when it's after midnight on the west coast, that way I can assure most of the stateside bidders are tired, sleeping or otherwise not interested in bidding. I find items to be much cheaper when they end at odd hours of the day.

Ah okay. Make sure to post something after you finish your 22 hour shift at work.

AGH!!! The Sol Aire ): I'm still missing that one

So it finally arrived!!! Dude you got a good deal off that car, finding mexican Crack-ups that aren't beat to death is REALLY, REALLY hard.

Oh, I was gonna hit that. Forgot -_-

Buy it all or don't buy it at all.

Oh go to hell then, I wanted like ten cars ):

That Ford Sierra was one of my most favorite ones in the set ...and to think it slipped through my fingers!

I just bought that one for like a buck last week. Didn't know it was so hard to find. I think the transit was there also.

This is what I got at the market today.
Lastly a Flying Colors GMC Motorhome.

Neat :0

Yes, I remember even mentioning it to you.

~

Today I was offered a near-mint Cipsa T-4-2 in like 80 bucks. Sadly, I didn't have 80 bucks with me ):

Yeah, after I park my bus.

Yea i will admit, if i had an ebay account, sniping is something i would do to if there was something i really wanted, but i hate it when other people do it as well.:indiff:

Yea with that set i wanted, there were only 2 bidders at first, then when it got to an hour left it went up to 8! Your talking to someone who watched someone bid with literally only 2 seconds left on the clock! I always avoided auctions unless it was something i really liked, like that set for example.;)
I do like the set, by the way. 👍
Yea would have been awesome if i had got it.:indiff:

Was yours loose? I don't think there were any differences between the cars, so the packaging is everything.

Example 1

or

Example 2

I, and probably every collector out there, values one of these a lot more than the other!

There was no way this was getting away from me. I would have doubled my bid... Even the front bumper is fresh! It's unbelievable.

Not much you can do. Like I said, I think the system is flawed. Almost every case, it is stupid to pay more. If you just save your best shot until the end, you are not breaking any rules, and most likely, you will end up paying less. It's not really playing fair, but ebay system, in my words, they are inviting it, they are encouraging it.

P.S. Took the pictures, I'll post them in a bit. :p

My sierra was loose, indeed. The base is Corgi.

Also, I found a made in Mexico Lickety Six today. Pretty beat up, but it was like 30 cents
