1/64 Model Collectors Thread

I hate how a lot of the sellers that sell for cheap don't ship outside of the States.

I hate that some dont ship out of the US aswell. Im looking into getting a US postal address through a freight forwarding company. Have any of you has any experience with a freight forwarding company?

Nope, but I had one time looked into a port-forwarding service provided by a single US member for Canadians at Cheapassgamer. It originally was him getting games for Canadians, but then it turned into a service for anything.

It did turn out to be a cheap service and promoted the US economy a lot.

I love the Kyoshos you post! The detail on the cars for just a 1/64 scale is amazing. Makes me want to collect them myself. I just have to find someone on Ebay that sells them in the States.

It's still carded. Your Gran Torino Hot Ones are also carded still. There are a few more cars that are still carded. If memory serves me right, the only car you didnt' want uncarded was the Vector Boulevard. But other than what I have in that Listed Topic, what don't you want me to uncard?

It's still carded. Your Gran Torino Hot Ones are also carded still. There are a few more cars that are still carded. If memory serves me right, the only car you didnt' want uncarded was the Vector Boulevard. But other than what I have in that Listed Topic, what don't you want me to uncard?

Please don't open the pin-up truck, I just picked up a loose one, but I still want that one for Ahmed. As for the Jada Cadoo, if you find it black much the better

16:46 edit: Wow. This is the first time I've ever left Dufferin Mall empty handed. Both Walmart and TRU had nothing... for the first time ever, I actually wasted a transit token going there.

I did see a Hot Ones 80s Corvette that was gray, but I didn't want it.

In any case, my cars came in so I'm going to photograph them later. I'm going to have to contact a few of you today to get our trades dealt with.


If any of you guys in the States find any of these Zamacs, can you grab one for me? I'll take any of them.

I'm interested in Kyoshos, but every time I see the packaging, it's marked MSRP equivalent of $5, $7, U.S. It's resold through eBay for at least double that to us. I can't believe how good the Japanese collectors have on that stuff. Same goes for Tomica Limited.

I don't get what that means, exactly. Are you saying that you don't really have anything to add to the trade currently? What kind of donor bodies do you have?

And if you don't have anything to trade right now, I can just add it to the F40(Boulevard) & Garage Stingray Concept, and maybe you owe me one. If you can make it up to me down the line, great. If not, not a big deal. 👍

You..... have a lot of cars I want.

And I..... have only one car you want.

There's nothing close to a fair trade here. I'm ready to put money down to make up for the rest.. unless you want to take a handful of wheel-less castings off me. I know you're becoming more interested in customizing your own cars too and I can hand you a bunch of already-disassembled cars to start playing with.

Shelby Collectibles hauler. Totally NOT worth $13. The truck is barely above Maisto quality.

Greenlight Auto World-or-somethingorother

Not gonna lie, this M2 Chrysler 300 I got for its wheels.

You guys won't mind if I post a 1:27 scale will ya? Good. This is also an M2 Machines.
I really liked that is was a 150, and not just any old Bel Air.
Plus, that big block with the vintage style fuel injection was something different that I think is super cool.

Now for my two Amazon purchases that came last Wednesday.

The only cool cars out of the Ford vs. Chevy Garage set.
And a Dragtor obviously. I don't want to hear flack about that one, it's badass!

Finally, my eBay grabs that arrived Friday.

This is a 1:43 scale Solido Porsche 930.
Yeah, it's a bit rough, but I like that. It has character.

2003(?) Preferred Dodge Viper.

This is what spawned these cars from eBay. The other cars are from the same seller.
It's a bit of an odd car to want, but the wheels/tires gave it a whole new look that I really liked.

Now, for the cool one.

A Majorette VW Golf with a glider trailer.
