Online? I've bought them from some dude in Croatia numerous times.

And if you want to find ways to improve the picture quality with whatever camera you have, I'm willing to help.

In real life, I mean. I know one can find almost anything if a online search is done. Judging from all the CMs you own, I'd say that is accurate.

As for the photo tips, I'll be thankful if you can give me some pointers. But I'd say that is more fitting that we do so in a private conversation. You know, so that we don't clutter the thread with it.

Went to the Wally by my work for lunch to see if they got the new Auto World cars in (nope...) and saw lots of C case stuff. Almost bought a regular AE86 for a wheel swap/detail and ended up leaving it behind. The pegs at this particular store are really bare when it comes to anything other than mainline Hot Wheels and Disney Cars stuff.

Your store was bare, but mine was packed. Two full as can be dump bins and half loaded pegs.

Yet I found pretty much nothing out of the ordinary except for the AE86 $TH. :indiff:

The last three times I've been out, I've found at least one TH. I've hit a lucky steak I doubt to replicate again.

Who doesn't. But I'm waiting for that part of the infomerrical that tells me to "wait, there's more"!

The cars are fine (based on experience). There's no original boxes for those Subarus though.

There's a whole bunch of Legacys on Auction Yahoo Japan if you wanna go there.

Not cubed, square. Cubed would be nice of course.

I've lost you now, haven't I? :dopey:
I think you got plenty there, Harry. It already looked like inside of a dump bin in that photo.
1999 Safari Rally Ford Focus WRC

So flipping tight. 👍
Hey, nice Focus, I swear that looks just like the one from Colin Mcrae 2.0. :)👍

Oh, I'm new here (by here I mean this thread), better introduce myself. I own a few cars like these myself, although nowhere near the dimension of many collectors here. This thread also introduced me to another beautiful thing, those Tomica Limited Vintage cars. Sadly, imported things do not necessarily come cheap here in Portugal, so I'm still limited to dream about having one and  about the rest. My favorite piece of diecast that I own? My Minichamps Lamborghini Miura. Part of the "Saint Agata Museum" collection, meaning it comes in that desirable shade of yellow that makes a Miura look like, well, a Miura. Cost me a pretty penny, but it's totally worth it just for that priceless feeling of owning a mini Miura. I also own a few more Minichamps and a bunch of Bburago 1\18 scale models. As I said, nothing you haven't seen before (I guess).
I'd love to see the Miura. Sounds awesome. Welcome to the thread by the way. 👍

Got my TLV's. Well, mostly. Because for some 🤬 reason the mail person decided it would be best to give it to the apartment office, instead of putting it in one of the EIGHT package boxes. They did that last time with Andy's package too. Unfortunately I had to work late so they were closed by the time I got home. Great way to piss me off on a day like today.

If its not the seller that screws up then its the postal workers/mail delivery people. There's always gotta be something that gets messed up. :irked:

I forgot all about my TLVs. Looks like it left L.A. just yesterday, so I should see it on Friday. God, I hate L.A.(they had my stuff for four days this time).

Never heard of this car before, but I like the shark body, if that's what the body styling is called.
Me neither. I'm not sure if I like this Kyosho or not. The real thing though...... it has Classic British look to it.

It's that long slender nose, fastback-ish rear with the cabin-allllll-the-way-back-there design I like.

Jaguar E-Type, Toyota 2000 GT, Ferrari 250 GTO, '69 Corvette, Shelby Cobra Daytona, and so on.

Maybe it's coined "Daytona" or GT (from that period of time)???

edit: It'd be awesome if someone could coin in on this.

But for the mean time I'm just going to push another car out of the queue:

Unknown Year - DyDo 1/64 Mini Car Kit
Isuzu Bellett 1600 GTR

Anyone want to throw up their Tomicas to do a comparison?

In execution & refinement, I also think TLV's better. I'm not completely sold on TLV either though, and I do like the front grille area on DyDo. Interesting you bring this one up, because I just got on to let @Spacegoat know about the May preorder & how the orange Isuzu Bellett's back again. I'm not sure how this new one is different from the original release...... oh, I get it. It got rid of that messed up grille for the cleaner one, like seen on that Clubman racer. I'm getting this TLV for sure. 👍

I don't like(already released):

I like(preorder):

Been I while. Time to see if I'm still mad jelly.

*Looks at AOS's collection* Yep, still Jelly.

My boobie friends, here's a C case car to look forward to.

HAH! I knew it! :dopey: Now if I can only find the damn thing.

I wasn't even looking forward to bunch of vans, but they are so sweet. 👍

Yeah, I'm like them because they're something a little different. Anyway after much back and forth I decided to go with the red Bellett over the orange one. And one Townace will do me, white was an automatic choice.

Yeah, the Miura is pretty great. It is in fact one the few car models that I own that actually repeats itself; I bought a much cheaper version of it (a non-Minichamps one) during the "Autoclassico" car show, because I was super excited after seeing the only Miura that exists in Portugal in person. Besides, it was cheap, or at least cheaper than the Minichamps that I own (for very obvious reasons, I know). Hopefully I can capture its good looks well with my photos, for me it has the looks that every Miura should have.

Also, thanks for the warm welcome. :)👍 Can I call you Shinji for now on?
