And to all the people excited for the Escort... did you really didn't expect it, with all the F&F trash we've seen from Hot Wheels lately? All those cars are a given sooner than later. :/
I'm actually a bit gutted and at the same time happy it's coming... Only wish i'd finished my custom sooner. :grumpy:

Awesome! Ritmo Cano.

Had a little fun before completing the assembly:

If the wells were large enough, I just might've kept the Watans!

Dude your custom thing is so amazing it's time-proof. Your car and HW's car won't ever look the same. Ever.
Thanks man! i appreciate the kind words,👍 but with such an iconic car (in Europe anyway), i have a feeling they're going to nail it. It would be a damn shame if they don't.

I sure hope they nail it, but I higly doubt it.

And even if they do, it's never gon a match something entirely scratch-built.

2010 Nissan Skyline GT-R Group A Collection
Saurus Champ GT-R Nismo

So I could either be grabbing the race car livery R32s from the 2010 set,
or I could be all OG about it and find only Beads, because I sure as heck
do not want both Beads and this Group A Set's Calsonic Skyline.

May just have to make a bunch of exceptions.

I haven't paid any attention to the F&F stuff at all. So it came as a very pleasant surprise to me. And the Fiat Ritmo is a rad by the way. Keep the good stuff coming. 👍

Sir, yessir!

Not from the display, but take your pick...

All of them made-in-France Majorettes from thee 70s. Blister pulls by yours truly.
More pics of the Matra-Simca Bagheera please. I used to have one of those. :)

Wow, that Rabbit. I observe French Tomica rims.

The Rabbit/Golf looks killer in that shade of blue. Those Volvo wagon's too.👍

Now that I think about it, the blue Golf is indeed on the display, so you guys will be seeing more of it in the future. Might actually be the car I next clean up, like?

As for the Volvo wagons, when I bought the lot where these came in (which was a cool story because I didn't bought them online, I bought them in a flea market over here, more than 30 still-carded french Majorettes, many of them repeats, some of them with trashed blisters, which are the ones you see here) I saw the Volvos and tought "yeup, more to sell", but turned out to be a wheel variartion, the one with three spokes was the only one in the lot, there were like 4 of the others. I sold each for like $20.

Got them. In fact, there is a Bagheera in the display also but it isn't this one, the one in there is blue, so both the Golf and Bagheera will be retired and cleaned next 👍

Thanks all for the comments gentlemen 👍

Heh, I can sort of dig a black Impala. 👍 But a Chevy Cruze? Not so much, that's the wrong kind of badassery.
I only picked it up (the Cruze) because it's a black bandit. I agree, terribly dull car in real life.

One of my previous neighbours had a black Holden Cruze hahaha
