Managed to scoop this MBX Superking 'Iveco truck' off ebay the other day. It's a bit tatty and worn out, but i plan on doing a custom with it. I quite like how the front wheels steer.

Dude you can't be serious. That thing's way too damn good to break appart. Just look at it.

Yeah, it's not in too bad a condition. I'm not going to let that stop me though.

Fortunately i have another used one on the way, so it'll be the better of the two that is spared.

No one actually bid on them apart from me (well, my dad) so they're all mine! For an incredible $21.20 Australian... Postage is about the same, so all up is about $43 in my case.

That is an awesome score, congrats. 👍

So I heard someone talking about Ivecos.

(Unknown year) Del Prado 1:64
Iveco 380E Camion citerne 1993 Italy

They're actually 1:64 even though they're the size of a standard 1:43. I dropped a comparison pic in the other thread if you're interested to see how big these trucks are.

That's so cool! Why is it cool?! I don't know why I like it! Lol

Here's something quite interesting. I've only just realised it.

So, here's a Tomica FW11:

Here's the other Tomica F1 casting, which formed a generic base for a lot of releases:

Here's a, err, Realtoy "F1 car"...

Here's a Welly "F1 car"...

The Welly and Realtoy cars are just worse castings of the Tomica cars. I have 3 of the Welly cars, and only clocked onto this after seeing one of the Tomica cars.

I don't like truck either, but I've come to find models of service vehicles quite appealing for reasons unknown.
It's a strange thing. In real life they're whatever, but in small scale they become awesome. Maybe it's the ridiculous details they usually have. Or maybe its my little kid coming out. All little kids seemed to love fire trucks and stuff.

I'd had plans to restore it, but it looks much nicer as it is.

Maybe give it some wheels.

Love the 'Vette, dig the Krispy Cream livery on that C-10 (and its matching trailer), but the other two don't really get me that excited. The cop horse trailer does sound interesting...

And lol, who wants a poo brown Explorer?

Well, it has a boat, so it's guaranteed that Apok will buy it. Or then again, maybe not, but he does love boats.

Corgi had you sorted 50 years ago. :D

Nice, never thought you'd actually get scale horses (and horseman) with your scale trailer. Good job, Corgi. 👍

The vette kills it. I enjoy the krispy kreme livery, but I'm not sure ill buy it. The explorer is one I'm a fan of, but I'll need to see it in person to decide what if the color is ok. The ram.. I like that it has a camper now, but they have done a ram in every single set. Why not replace it with something else.
