Jason not the Boulevard Skyline. Something even better. I have one pic but my friend wants to take a better one before I post. Sorry for dragging it out.

Jason the Senna set is available worldwide through Daboxtoys in Hong Kong. I hope that is not considered a plug, but they are Kyosho's sole distributor outside of Japan.

God, I want that SO much, but I'm not going to. Too much money. If I could just buy the Lotus one, maybe, if the price was right.

I had emergency visit to the dentist today, bill was unbelievably cheap, nothing going rest of the day, I went Hot Wheel hunting. Bought too many cars, but still not enough to off set the cheap dental bill. :P

Or something totally "obscure" like a first gen RX-7? :dopey:

Apologies a6, I couldn't resist. :P
I told you, being partial to the original RX-7 is weird to average people, OK!?

Peg warmer is an old term. Much to learn about collecting you have.

/yoda
Never doubted that.

I bought a open-wheel race car today(half price!):

Most of those premium cars were half price today. Garage Corvette Concept was influenced by AOS. Not white, but blue's gonna have to do. It's still nice.

This next one, I paid fully marked up retail at Toys R Us:

Been wanting one though. $5.99. My favorite full-size van, all-time. 👍

P.S. Best purchase today wasn't any of those. I found another Hot Wheels Garage 30-car set at Tuesday Morning! :embarrassed:

I'm gonna sell some, keep some, trade some. Jason, if you still need that Falcon XB, let me know.

^ Digging the Grenlight Dodge van, that's cool. 👍

Stunning set. But apart from the Lotus 97T(?) there isn't too much that interests me, probably doesn't help that I don't follow F1 that closely. And I can just imagine the price.

Boy, just listen to you. From the Dodge Van to Senna Formula One, it's like you my brother from another mother!

Wait. So you have readily access to individual Garage cars? I could totally ask you to buy some for me.

Great minds think alike, eh?

Cruising though good old e-bay, I found a 97T . But the price. I don't want one that badly. :ouch:

Don't pay attention to the prices, because I'm totally price gouging, but check out some of the cars from the Garage 30 car set.

The Karmann Ghia I have on there is unbelievable, so is the Ferrari 330 P4. Some of the cars, I have ridiculously priced, because I don't care if I sell them or not. :dopey:

Not readily. There is one chain that still have limited quantity on hand, but I very rarely visit there. And as you could imagine, all the good stuffs been long gone. Sorry.

Oh, damn it. I was talking about the yellow one(no idea of the model # lol). You are still like my half-brother from another mother.
Where again was that 30 car Garage set for $30 at online?
Maybe you are thinking about the Ford versus Chevy set. I bought two of those, too. God, I think the Garage Series are my favorite Hot Wheels. 👍

Ouch man.

I see what you're trying to do, but I usually list things at retail and let the bidders decide what it's worth. Case in point, that $uper Focus I got the other day is on eBay as we speak. I listed it for $.99 cents + $3.50 shipping and so far it's up to $6.50 with a couple days left.

Good luck though. I'll be buying that set this weekend and listing the cars for $3.99 + shipping.

Yeah, that must be it. So you think $70 is a good price for the 30 car set at Ollie's? I've looked and looked and all I see are $100+ prices for that set. Aside of course from the Tuesday Morning ones that are $40, but I don't think mine will be getting one of those any time soon. My store doesn't even have toy cars of any sort.

That is the right way to do it. What I've been doing with these overflow cars/inventory is taking advantage of the eBay's no listing fee policy. Usually, I'll just sell a handful after couple of runs. If I sell them, great. If I don't, I didn't really care to in the first place. *shrug* I really hope you get that last set. It. Is. Beautiful.

P.S. Weird listing I have is that M2 Cougar chase car? It's the ugly green one. Last one I found, it was a Firebird, no watchers, and I sold it for $10. Although nobody's bid on it yet, it has six watchers! That's probably one of the handful I'll sell, though I don't understand why.

Personally, I could go either way for that price. I checked three Tuesday Morning location that are in my area, so it's highly doubtful anymore would pop up, but if I find it, I'll offer it to you. You know what, $70, I think I'd do it. Drag Bus & Power Wagon alone makes it worth your while. 👍

It's been working fine for me. :P

Some miscellaneous shots from the set for McZ:

Ferrari 308 GTS is absolutely nuts.

Man, that 308 GTSis nice! 👍

Painted in the famous Rossa Corsa paint.👍

I wonder if Hot Wheels is ever going to bring back the Garage series again. The Boulevard series is great, but having this and Garage collection together with some of the beat cars in each series, I would be a broke guy. Just think about it.

Oh, damn it. I was talking about the yellow one(no idea of the model # lol). You are still like my half-brother from another mother.

Ah okay, we got our wires crossed there. 99T is the name of the particular model, you're talking about.

And look because I'm such a good person, I found you one. You're welcome. :D

Great pictures by the way. 308 is a stunner. 👍

I'm probably gonna steal those wheels off it.

:P

What's amazing is that, you rarely see Hot Wheels go for these faithful, realistic look. It's as though somebody like Tomica Limited came up with the cast. I just love it. 👍

As for Garage versus Boulevard, I'm not really sure what the differences are? I just liked the vehicle choices & paint schemes of the Garage series better.

Thanks broseph. 👍

I sent him a offer of $18, then $20, but was on the automatic reject. I just couldn't bring myself to offer more when the box in the picture says 690-yen. Roughly seven bucks, U.S.

If you do, pop it open before we exchange stuff, that donor body is MINE.
That paint job is something else. I realize I'm a noob collector, but I don't think I've ever seen anything like it.

You got dibs on it. At the current rate, I should be wheel swapping by 2020.

*edit - just realized that Cra"zy" part is smeared. Damn shame.

You get the idea. The paint job is quite correct of an awesome era. The car sits too low for 1970s Pro-Stock, but that can be fixed (:

Fixed.

I hope to get started on the wheel swap before too long. I even started looking around for a cheap little drill.

As for the paint job, I was referring to the actual style of paint job on a Hot Wheel cars, but I didn't know about those real life dragster being painted like that either. Not my cup of tea, but that Camaro at the top is sweeeet! It would sweeter if it was all red. :P
