Grabbed some good clearance items at Walmart, hit up vintage stock for 2012 vintage muscle for 1.99 and then hit the thrift store and scored one of those Hot wheel rolling suitcases for 3.93 and a pierre cardin silk tie for 2.93! :p

I won't do First Class shipping international. It's Priority only, which the flat rate small Priority box is fixed rate $17 to his location. No gauging here, that's just how it is.

He asked if he could buy more cars since the shipping was so high...

Edit: He wants the Drag Bus I have for sale too. Told him shipping price would go up if he won the bid on that because it won't fit in a small flat rate box. This is why I don't do international shipping. It becomes a headache and it's really something I don't want to deal with. Why can't people just read the 🤬 auction. :ouch:

I bumped them for you! They might've been even lower with out it.

I was trying get $20 out of them, but the market's flooded right now. No worries though, I'm in no hurry.

P.S. I just joined the "seller" rank on a gun auction site? I had Glock magazine that fits 33 round of 9mm(ie super long magazine). I paid $32 for it originally. It's $22 now with 9 days left. Other "sold" mags' been going for $80+!!

I wanted to sell them on eBay, but they prohibit large magazines.

This was my biggest, most cherished Hot Wheels playset when I was younger...I say "was", but I still have all my Hot Wheels city stuff. :D

not-old-enough noobs! my playset was this one:

But mine was made in Mexico, worth a small fortune now. I still have it, and it's almost complete. Hours and hours of fun were had with that thing.

Nice sets boys, but I'm sorry, that construction set takes the cake.

And don't forget the Tomicas:

I paid very little for it at Toys R Us last year, when they were clearing Tomica stuff out. I thought for sure they were done with Tomicas at that point, but they still carry them. They had R35 GT-R just the other day.

:yuck:

My long awaited Tomica Limited Land Cruiser got here!

It is so old school. Details are nice. 👍

Still waiting for the CMS WRX rally car. Also, I ordered my first Kyosho yesterday. It was my second choice, but TWO sellers I tried haggling won't dance, so I settled for a cheapie. I'll post a pic once it's here. ;)

Bet you didn't pay as little as me. Yes I have it too. How much?

Dear god that is insanely cool. You can plainly see why the $30 price tag. Awesome car.

Thanks guys. 👍 On the Tomica train set, I want to say it was $29.95. It was insanely cheap, I remember that. What did you do Cano, did you steal it? :sly: :p

Just got these at Walmart tonight:

There were group of collectors that opened up the dump bin early, and thanks to them, I was able to dig in also. Although just one of the guys had Super Treasure Hunt(same one Jason found), he also found a regular Supersnake(or whatever it was called) that was carded with the Super TH version card. They were cool bunch of guys, and I believe they belong to that same hot wheel forum Jason belongs to.

Lastly, I received these thread organizer from Walmart today. That's my answer, hopefully, to the loose cars I have, Cano! They are $9 from Walmart, it's free ship to one of their stores.

I saw a page by that Race Groove or whatever guy, he noted that these cases are actually called jammer case, or pack, something, and were originally packaged as Hot Wheel car cases. I'll let you guys know if this solves the loose car storage issues. 👍

Edit:

This case fits most cars. Super long Superbird didn't fit, tall London Bus wouldn't fit either. I can probably force the case shut with London Bus in it. Also, there is one slot on each side that is double the length, so you can fit longer vehicles there.

I got the cars neat & upright in there, but they will move, as you handle the case. I give it a B+. Great deal for $9. 👍

Holy crap, someone uses the same cases I do  👍

I think it's newer collectors like myself who didn't know about this case. As I noted, this "thread organizer" for sewing used to be sold as Hot Wheels case. All that legwork, and they had this case available the whole time, with a disguise.
