Maybe for those that aren't getting them, you have to be connected and signed in to PSN at the time? I know the birthday presents only get delivered if you're connected, maybe for whatever reason they made this one the same way.

I looked and checked and found out that B-spec stats get added to your stats in your profile page and only A-spec counts towards this ticket. Sadly I can say no way of knowing how many of my total miles are A-spec miles and how many are B-spec.

Ive done like one B Spec race so 99.9% of my stats are A Spec.

I guess i shouldnt stress it. It just sucks that others have there car and i dont.
