A cracking 13.855. However, I can't get proof this time.

No access to the only computer with the drivers needed for the camera.
 
Im going to have a crack at it, are there any cars which ARENT allowed to be used? If not im going for my RUF, when i figure out how to upload pics i'll let you know.

I'll probably get into deep **** for sending a pic to myself when we don't have pix messages on our plan, but...

 
You had the record with your 1st set of times RJ, the 13.855 is just icing. :P Very nice times....you finally caught your launch a lot better. :)

Ohwell, that 13.902 photo of mine doesn't need to be put up now, because I have to catch this time. :)

Actually, not according to the leaderboard. I-Runner posted a 13.865; 0.010 quicker than my first set.

I just hope that he won't let mine stand.

I know I've got a few tenths down low to shave, but I've got the top end covered (By BIG numbers. 250mph/403km/h).

Would've been good to know he beat me 2 days after I set the time. And now I've got company coming over. PS2 back on the shelf for another night. :grumpy:

I have a escudo setup that i know runs 12.8's but it is on my mem card and i cant connect that to my ps3 so i'll just have to redo that, and the spec c i also ran 7.8XX 1/4 mile times on my mem card setup. I wish i still had atleast the gear ratios for that and with what i learned today i might have done a 7.7XX 1/4 mile maybe even lower. :guilty: :grumpy:
 
It's hard doing 7.7's and then keeping it up for the other 600m!! :lol:

RJ, I can't see the 1/4 time screen from your sequence of photos well enough to make a time or speed out. It looks like 7.8's@294km/h to me, confirm it for me please for a comparo. :)
 
im cracking the 14's in my R33 GTR i WILL hit the low 13's by tommorrow afternoon. If its the last thing i do! ....for today.....possibly.....?.....
 
If they haven't done low 13's in a VSII Nur, you ain't touching it with an R33.

also i still insist that run was the luckyest run ever done in gt4 history, I run normally 13.0xx-13.1xx with that setup but if you sneezed at the contorler it wouldnt have happened.
 
Kinda like when I ran an 8.987 in my Esprit 350 a few months ago without sauce.

9.1, 9.050, 9.150... It never did it again.

What's the trap speed on your beast at the 1000m mark I-R?? RJ's 403km/h would be best, I hit 388km/h at the 1000m and in 5th gear but I haven't tried with the Spec-C since my runs 2 weeks ago now. And it seems like you guys are getting into 6th gear in your runs.
 
my speed on the finish line was 376÷378 km/h ~234mph!

i have to use the 6th gear .... i start in 2nd :embarrassed:

I'm running from first through 6th.

250mph is nothing to sneeze at.

And maybe y'all might want to ditch the wings; they slowed mine down a good bit (max rear downforce in an attempt to get chatter)

I'll keep my wings, and my Red Bull too thankyou very much. :lol: I just need to shorten the last 2 gears to increase acceleration in the top end, I'm hitting the line in 5th. I don't get any chatter in the car thanks to the suspension settings. :D
I don't run my normal TCS level or ballast in my runs either with the Spec-C, as it allows more clutch slip on launch with that car. Maybe if I did 100kg on the back like I used to it would help the 1/4 but not the top end which is what I need to fix aswell.

Ohwell, until next year with that car. :)

Guys, I have the WORLD'S SECOND QUICKEST SUBARU SPEC C!

And it's repeatable. 13.875 and 13.876. Back to back.

Will have proof in next few hours. WILL. Not might, WILL.

EDIT: This is the best I can do. The action shots are from the 13.876 run.
