So yesterday then, good win for United but a slightly average performance, it was always going to be a tough game as everyone knows Spurs are a good team with some really good players, was impressed with our new signings, Darmain in particular, its going to take a while for them to bed in though, happy to get a win 👍

Swansea on the other hand were fantastic, came from behind twice to get an excellent point against the Champions (who we lost to 0-5 and 4-1 last season) Ayew was terrific, not sure Courtios was a sending off as I don't think he was the last man as Cahill was there, great start to the season 👍

Arsenal were pretty crap earlier and they need a striker on that evidence, Cech had a shocker..

Stoke 0-0 Liverpool right now..

What a strike that was by Coutinho! Liverpool win 0-1..

West Brom v Man City tonight, Man City have reportedly put in a bid in of £47 million for Kevin De Bruyne and West Brom have broken their transfer record by signing Saloman Rondon from Zenit for £12 million

If Shaqiri signs for Stoke they could rival Spurs and Liverpool. Especially since they don't have Europa League.

Just found out that if De Gea plays for United in their Champions League qualifiers and then he joins Real Madrid he wont be able to play for them in the rest of the tournament as he'll be cup-tied, I will LOL if United did that! :lol:

Chelsea lose their appeal against Courtios sending off against Swansea and he will be suspended for their game away to Man City on Sunday, speaking of Chelsea they are close to completing the deal to sign left back Baba Rahman from Augsberg for around £20 million.

First round of the League Cup is tonight and tomorrow night with Sky showing a couple of games, UEFA Super Cup is tonight too..

Stoke sign Shaqiri from Inter Milan for a club record £12 million on a five year deal..

Shaqiri is a great signing for the Premiership. Although I'm surprised it was Stoke that he went to. Stoke could be Europa League dark horses if their big names do good.

UEFA Super Cup was a nine goal thriller, the League Cup looks like it's had some excellent first round shocks.

I think £22 million is a bit of a bargain for a player of his calibre...
 
You say 22 million is a bargain but Barcelona are offering just under 10 for Nolito who is just as good a player these days.

Knowing Southampton, Romeu will be the best defensive midfielder in the Prem at the end of the season and Liverpool/Man U will end up giving them 30 million for him. :D
