So I'm going to post this weekend games a little earlier this week as there is a game tomorrow night, here are this weekends games

Friday Night

Aston Villa v Man United (7.45 Sky)

Saturday

Southampton v Everton (12.45 BT)
Sunderland v Norwich
Swansea v Newcastle
Tottenham v Stoke
Watford v West Brom
West Ham v Leicester

Sunday

Crystal Palace v Arsenal (1.30 Sky)
Man City v Chelsea (4.00 Sky)

Monday Night

Liverpool v Bournemouth (8.00 Sky)

Perhaps Hazard shouldn't have been rolling around in "pain" if Chelsea needed all their players at that moment.
 
If the club doctor think the player in question is in genuine pain then he or she has every right to enter the field of play, he has treated her so appallingly in full view of the media in recent days, she was only doing her job, she wont be there on Sunday so what if one of his players has a serious injury? what then?, he is just being on Arsehole as usual and they were pretty poor last Saturday and he is just taking it out on someone and throwing his toys out of the pram...again!

Can someone explain to me why the female doctor was the one thrown under the bus when she was clearly the 2nd one out of her seat and on the pitch? I thought once any trainer/physio etc went on, the player had to go off, so it was irrelevant whether she stopped to get a written invite from Jose.
Also just saw an interesting point on BBC made by a former sports doctor - if they had to wait on the manager to decide, there is a chance that Fabrice Muamba may not be alive. Occasionally, those seconds matter. In most case not, because the players being a whiny bitch trying to get a foul.

The man (Jon Fearn) got a telling off as well, the news websites are probably focusing on her to try and make it sound like it could be a sexist thing to get more views.
 
So I assume that he has been been benched/told not to do his job as well?
 
Villa v United is the first Friday game of the season (and ever!) tonight, there will be 10 Friday games this season from what I understand and they are just trying it out for now, there will be more Friday games from next season onwards if deemed successful...

The first leg of the Spanish Super Cup is also on tonight between Athletic Bilbao and Barcelona too if anyone is interested..

Looks like Roberto Soldado is going to Villareal..
 
There's two types of keeper. Neuer and everyone else, Ter Stegen tried and failed to be Neuer for the first goal.
 
Vermaelen too was being the best he could be.
 
Rovers get a point away to Huddersfield, we'll be lucky to get top half finish this season.

EDIT @Luke this guy any good? 5 years a long contract.

Supposedly a very fast but raw player capable of playing ST or Winger. I can't say I'm particularly exited by him at the moment but he could well end up being really good.

I'd rather him stay at Blackburn anyway, his statistics are pretty special but I don't think he would be right for us especially at the price the Venkys quoted us. You should be well in the top half if Delfouneso keeps scoring and Rhodes gets his usual haul of goals.

Strikeforce wise we are fine now, but as usual we always have a sub par defense. Ever since Chris Samba left we lack that real presence and central figure. Cairney is a huge loss, he had a hell of a work rate and we might regret that against Fulham later in the season. I do hope Raya gets more games though, he's a promising keeper.
 
Can't believe we blew it today at home against Stoke. Hopefully N'jie will make an impact for us and get it back on track. Kane missed a glorious chance to make it 3 (probably fatigue from the under 21s) and it all just went downhill. Cheap penalty for us to give away too. We need a bit more pace. Another striker would be nice but I REALLY don't want Berahino at the club because he is one of the most overrated players in the league.

Bobby Soldier is gone :(. Man United v Villa was an awful game. Man United have six points this season and only three shots on target. They are so jammy.

We've only scored once. 50% of our goals have been from the other team.

As a Southampton fan myself , I couldn't agree more.

In 2014 we sold three of our best players , Lambert , Lallana and Lovren to Liverpool for a total of about 50 million . A lot of money to Southampton yes , but easily shows we are too soft on transfers . It's as if we are a feeder club to the likes of Liverpool and Man Utd . We even gave away our own manager who was doing really well , better than he is doing now.

Anyway, watching MOTD, Sunderland are comfortably the worst team in the league and if they don't get their act together they'd be lucky to get 10 points this year.

Norwich are brilliant. Leicester are brilliant. Barkley and Lukaku are brilliant. Spurs still choke. United are poor. Pulis has been making bad decisions in the first two games.

Anyway, looking forward to City-Chelsea tomorrow, just hope Jose doesn't make the Etihad a bus depot. :nervous:

Looks like the same old affair for Sunderland. Always looks promising at the start of the season and they get off to a bad start.
Everton look fantastic. Lukaku's movement is brilliant.
West Ham couldn't carry the momentum.
Andre Ayew is a fantastic free transfer pairing up with Gomis who was also a free at Swansea. On the other hand Jordan Ayew is struggling at Aston Villa

Strangely enough I'm looking forward to Palace v Arsenal more. Probably just the hope that Arsenal's poor form will continue. Palace's midfield looks really strong

My Fantasy Football team is within the 5000 best in Ireland and within the 1000 best Spurs fans. 👍 It can only go down from here.

Delighted with my two teams so far, two wins this weekend, three goals scored with none conceded and both in top four, no complaints from me whatsoever, really impressed with Swansea yesterday 👍:)

What's going on at Sunderland? they have some big problems there...and who'd have thought Leicester would be top?!

Arsenal got the win they needed but Palace pushed them hard in a great game

Man City v Chelsea up next...

Man City 1-0 up at half time through Aguero, it was largely all City....
