Arsenal's injury problems get worse with Coqulien out for at least two months with knee ligament damage, I think that's at least 10 players out now!

Real Madrid call a press conference for 6.30pm tonight, likely to be on the future of Rafa after Real's disaster in the Calsico on Saturday....

I've heard (rumours of course) Ronaldo has said either he or Rafa leaves.

Well according to Sky Sports News Rafa is staying, why do a press conference just for that??, they can just release a statement for that, the conference maybe for something else....

Florentino Perez confirms Rafa has full support and confidence of the club......Goodbye Rafa!

7. (Welbeck, Walcott, Ox, Rosicky, Wilshere and then Coquelin & Arteta).

Edit: Here is Rafa's reaction.

This Pato-to-PL talk never seems like it will die. Apparently he is in London to talk to Spurs.

Could be a decent signing but I'd prefer Charlie Austin.

Pato in his AC Milan days.

That's what fuels these rumours. I'm not sure he can be that player anymore.

Would love to be proven wrong though, he was an immense talent.

He's only 26. It seems like he has been around for longer.

But would love to see him in the Premiership.

So y'know Leicester?, having a great time of it right now aren't there?, well check this out....

Man United (Home)
Swansea (away)
Chelsea (home)
Everton (away)
Liverpool (away)
Man City (home)
Bournemouth (home)
Tottenham (away)

That's their fixtures until 13th January, now we'll see how good they are.....

I'll pee my pants and film it if they win them all.

I'm quite liking Spurs fixtures until February.

I'd rather swap with Tottenham and take a tired Leicester rather than the inform team they are atm.

That's getting quoted so it's remembered.

In all seriousness though if they do they could just win the league!

Have you ever been nutmegged so hard it deactivated your Twitter account?

Welcome to the Championship since the last ever.

Sixteen whole days without a managerial casualty! But the streak is over. In the classic "rescue them from relegation one season, then get sacked three months into the next" scenario, Colchester United have parted company with Tony Humes.

26th November - Tony Humes (Colchester United, sacked) League One

Sackings: 23
Resignations: 3
Expirations: 2
Approaches: 1

Total: 29

Games this weekend on Round 14...

Saturday
Aston Villa v Watford
Bournemouth v Everton
Crystal Palace v Newcastle
Leicester v Man United (5.30 Sky)
Man City v Southampton
Sunderland v Stoke

Sunday
Liverpool v Swansea (4.15)
Norwich v Arsenal (4.15 Sky)
Tottenham v Chelsea (12pm BT)
West Ham v West Brom (2.05 Sky)

Top of the table clash on Saturday night, United need to do a lot better than last night if we are to get anything from that!, big day Sunday too, no Monday Night Football this week...

Jack Grealish wont be considered for the first team for Aston Villa for the near future after being spotted out partying in nightclubs twice his week, what a prat!

Funny you say that, considering that graph is impossible with Championship clubs, because Brighton.

And no, I didn't post this saying that the Premier League is the greatest league in the world in terms of competitiveness. The graph can be done for any single league that doesn't have a team that either lost or failed to win.

Here's examples of it being done in La Liga and Serie A.

Also our league is much closer at the top than the others, only one point between Leicester and United before Saturdays game and the rest aren't far behind either, there's about five points separating the top three in La Liga and PSG and Bayern are miles ahead of the rest, Inter a few points clear at the top in Italy...

At the moment.

However the Championship has been characterised since its inception by the fact that no single game has an obvious result. Week in, week out, anything can happen - and usually does. Despite the fact that Brighton haven't lost yet this season, they're not top. Amongst their results is a draw at the bottom side - and they've beaten the top side, who themselves lost to the 4th bottom team...

It's nice that the Premier League supporters are finally seeing an exciting season along the same lines though.

2013-14?

I don't remember that year. The EPL took a year off right?
You think it's bad but we had Tim Sherwood!

Whilst doing his best to drive out Lloris and Vertonghen when he wasn't content with just alienating Sandro and Sigurdsson.

Spurs would without doubt be bottom half if we still had Sherwood and I think his lack of tactical know how was obvious at Villa.

The job Poch has done for us is miraculous IMO, and he didn't spend the world to do it.

I'm hoping he does another demolition job on Chelsea, we can't have them getting a head of steam now can we?

And I was reading the Evening Standard on the way back from a night class (Harry Redknapp's column specifically) and he made a comparison between Grealish and Kane. Not withstanding the rather obvious bias, considering the season Kane had last year he's handled himself very well, and perhaps even more so when you take into account his poor start this season... and the "One season wonder brigade" clinging onto his shoulders.

On the other hand, Grealish is just getting up to what many lads his age do or would get up to if they had the chance... although doing so after being on the receiving end of a drubbing is very poor, I must say.

I'm worried Grealish won't reach his potential. The lack of commitment to play for Ireland or England for a full year indicates to me he doesn't have much desire to play for either and his constant partying is going to negatively affect his career.

He has time though, Kane was mediocre for Norwich at Grealish's age and his expected potential was a 10/12 goal a season striker, so if you put the work in, you can exceed expectations.

Really fearful about our big match later, and that far is that we are going to get hammered!
