I was really nervous watching those last 10 minutes tonight, I thought Arsenal might be punished for not taking more chances. With the likes of Cazorla, Coquelin and Alexis to come back this is a massive chance to win the league and it makes up for my pool team losing tonight, we're not top of the league anymore.
You know, I'm starting to wonder if the Manager is not at fault for things in these football clubs. I mean, they keep changing managers all the time now, and almost always get the same results. Did anyone ever begin to think that it was the players or more likely the board that was the bigger issue?
I don't blame Van Gaal one bit, he has been absolutely ripped to shreds by the media since Saturday and although I have called for his sacking I have started to feel a little sympathetic towards him, so I don't blame him for doing that and I would probably do the same....

Iturbe has joined Bournemouth on loan with a option to buy of £16 million. His wages are around 70,000 per week which is concerning as he will be the highest paid player there. Plays on the right wing and cuts in with his left foot, he is very skillful but he can be frustrating sometimes to watch.
Salah has been one of Roma's best players so basically pushing Iturbe as a benchwarmer. I don't know why Roma agreed on a buy out clause when they bought him only 2 seasons ago.
That's a lot of money to spend at such a small club, I hope its not a recipe for their downfall. They are basically taking a punt they will be able to stay up this year.
Two of their big signings from the summer are out long term, Tyrone Mings cost £8 million from Ipswich and got injured in just their second game of the season and Max Gradel cost £5 million from St Etienne and he is out long term to, not to mention star striker Callum Wilson being out for a while too after a good start to the season from him, so no choice but to spend really...
They are doing okay with the injury fiasco. It is a real shame Callum Wilson was injured so early in the season as it looked like he was going to be their talisman.
If we don't win on Boxing Day then we really are in some trouble as we have Chelsea on the 28th, and they will be a resurgent Chelsea out to prove a point...

Sorry for the double post. But "oh no" dilemma for Bournemouth has propped up. They wait to find out the severity of a fine for breaking Financial Fair Play rules on their way to the Sky Bet Championship title last season.
