The gray trim in the grill is too flashy for me.

Yes, it's not a GT350.
It's a Shelby GT, it's a performance/appearance package for Mustang GT from Shelby.

So we're going to have a Shelby GT, a Shelby GT350, and probably a Shelby GT500. Are they going to make them all at the Shelby G-spot?

I would assume the GT500 if it comes back will the a Ford/SVT built and developed product just like the previous GT500.
 
Great, I wouldn't mind a silver grille trim if the car was black. Now we need to see how fast it is and how well it handles. If Shelby doesn't screw up the suspension tune-up, we may have a beast in our hands...
 
They got the billet grill from Sears again, but they forgot the hood scoop sourced from the Pep Boys accessories section?

So, there's 3 levels of the Shelby Mustang now...okay.

I honestly kinda like the Silver grill except for the trim around it; that I think would look better black.

@Tornado Don't billet grills have the horizontal bars on them? I don't see those on this Mustang.

Yeah its wrong but the guys in the comment corrected it, did you read the story behind the photos ? Seems like they try to keep people from actually seeing it. Not sure why they dont cover it up though.

It's not covered cause they were doing a photoshoot with the car.
 
Why the hell would they put that tiny badge behind the rear side window? It looks silly. It already denotes the car as a Shelby, right there on the side, and I'm sure there's plenty of Cobra badges all over the damn thing to begin with. Two more, just because?
 
I cant wait. Exiting times at Ford next year.

Not as depressing as in my country; where a Chevy Camaro SS (bought from the dealer) goes for €90,000-plus. :( Those prices are chump change compared to the prices here. And now that I mentioned it, I'm afraid to ask the price for a Mustang GT... :nervous:

And those don't include the ridiculous car taxing of other EU countries.
 
That's about the same as what they go for in Canada... A '14 GT was 47k MSRP without options.

The Ecoboost is way too pricey, though.
 
I guess prices like that are why I should feel lucky to live in the US. I mean wow, noone should have to pay 54k for a Mustang GT or more than that.
