Na its the fin. It looks like the distance between the wing and the top of the fin is bigger then other cars. Also the wing supports are usaly the same hight as the wing.

BMW rumours originally circulated this time a year ago. I wonder if Ford is other one, unless 2016 debut wasn't already confirmed and I missed it?http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/...rt-bmw-2017-zurueck-nach-le-mans-9554787.html are saying there are rumors of two manufacturers looking at entering the wec in 2017. Lmp1 or GTE. BMW is one of them.
Story says McLaren.BMW rumours originally circulated this time a year ago. I wonder if Ford is other one, unless 2016 debut wasn't already confirmed and I missed it?
Now I've heard that before...Story says McLaren.
I'd argue the Nissan LMP got way more exposure than any other Le Mans car and it may not even race and/or probably will finish lastThere is talk that Ford could show the GT GTE as early as next week. I think it's more likely to be shown during Le Mans week so as to maximise exposure.
I'd argue the Nissan LMP got way more exposure than any other Le Mans car and it may not even race and/or probably will finish last
I highly doubt they will get last. But yes it gets a lot of coverage, because it surprised everyone. And now we want to see how it performs.I'd argue the Nissan LMP got way more exposure than any other Le Mans car and it may not even race and/or probably will finish last
I'd say it got the most coverage because Nissan reserved a spot on the most watched television event of the year for it whereas revealing a car at Le Mans won't get much notoriety outside of those who follow sports car racing closelyI highly doubt they will get last. No, its because its FF instead of MR. I am 100% sure.I'd say it got the most coverage because Nissan reserved a spot on the most watched television event of the year for it whereas revealing a car at Le Mans won't get much notoriety outside of those who follow sports car racing closely
I'm sorry but your somewhat wrong on this one. I know people who don't know a thing about racing yet they were talking about that Nissan after the Super Bowl comercial. No, its because its FF instead of MR. I am 100% sure.
When I saw the super bowl with a group of 15 people. I was the only one that cared. Was like "Oh my god thats the new Nissan LMP, I was trying to find pictures of it last week!" I noticed there was a lot of talk about the commercial., because it was a great commercial. Just didn't seem like they were talking about LMP specifically. Was just a generic "go fast" car to most people.I'm sorry but your somewhat wrong on this one. I know people who don't know a thing about racing yet they were talking about that Nissan after the Super Bowl comercial.

Right.I'm sorry but your somewhat wrong on this one. I know people who don't know a thing about racing yet they were talking about that Nissan after the Super Bowl comercial.
Really? I mean, come on... btw, they've confirmed running in the 2mj class.I'd argue the Nissan LMP got way more exposure than any other Le Mans car and it may not even race and/or probably will finish last
Really? I mean, come on... btw, they've confirmed running in the 2mj class.
Darren Cox earlier already confirmed they would have 3 cars and they are in the 2MJ class. They will be there. Just do not expect anything spectacular, this is a nice 24hr test session for them. Their goal, which has been their main goal since the start of this whole thing, is to win in 2016.
Given that it's such a revolutionary design this is pretty much undebatable and i doubt anyone would bet against that.I'd bet a few dollars the 2016 car looks absolutely nothing like this year's car either.
