I have noticed that not every driver is following the rule of required tyre type change, which is mentioned in the OP.
I would like to ask if that changes the race results in case someone driver hasn't followed the rule.
Also, I would like to ask for the clarification of the wet weather percentage that requires change of the tyre type.

The replay doesnt show this at other drivers than you. If you would watch e.g. my replay you wouldnt had changes tyre types, others neither.

I have watched the replays of few previous races where the tyre type change can be seen.
it must be my PS3 playing games on me.
At least we all know what type of tyres we have been using.

It's a bug in GT6. Sometimes you'll see the tire change, sometimes not. It doesn't matter though, as the in-game room settings are set so you have to change tire compound or the game gives you a 100 second penalty. I turn that setting off though in wet races as a compound change isn't needed between dry tires if it rains in a race.

@GT_Vette : I'm unsure as to how often I'll be able to race, I would like to offer my full time spot to someone else that feel like they can show up on a more regular basis for the rest of the season, putting myself down as a reserve.

Tokyo is a good track for me, I would like to be there, but I'm not sure I'll be able to make it, so put me up as a reserve. If I show, I'll race, if not, I'm out.
 
I'd guess a 1:09 or high 1:08, but I'm always surprised when IP or Evo set a low fuel lap in the race. So it may end up being a low 1:08.

I will be extremely busy for the next few weeks, so I would also like to offer my full time position to someone else. Unlike most of you guys, I DO need a lot of practice time in order to be remotely competitive. I simply won't have the time to do so. I will do my best to attend as many of these last few races as I can, providing there is room.

I had to leave the race because visitors came. The race started late, & they showed up a little early. Sorry I couldn't finish.
