Red flag.

Does F1 really think we care that Slash is attending the race.

Yup. Just like the last 2 races where we saw both Williams sisters 10 times.

Oh wow, Red Flag time?

Quite prescient.

You know what they say about doing the same thing over and over and over again and expecting different results?

Let's just give everyone tickets for a free snack and come back in an hour.

Certain red flag now...

That view of the Manor heading out of the spray towards the backwards facing backwards was scary.

Wow even these Pirelli wets are terrible. The Bridgestone wet tyres could race just fine.

They can't race in this rain. It's just way too dangerous. We don't want another Bianchi-esque incident.

Honestly, we're so lucky not to have a serious accident, third time a car spins in the middle of the track with half the field behind. Madness

Pirelli seriously needs to go back to the drawing board with these wet tyres, cause they are awful

I seriously wonder if half the people on here have a clue what they are talking about. People complaint about the delayed start, whining about the SC, complaining about interns etc... clear from Kimi's crash that the track isn't fit to race on... someone could easily have run in to the side of kimi with life threatening consequences for the drivers.

What I don't understand is drivers have complained about them for the last few years and it seems nothing is being done about it.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD F1! STOP WITH PUTTING SLASH ON THE CAMERA!

I think it's more like the tires aren't fit to race on.

If the race ends now, will drivers score half points? Or do we have to reach a certain race distance

This could be a Canada 2011 length race

It won't, there's a four-hour total time limit now thanks to that race.

Half points from here to 75% race distance (lap 54).

Didn't someone change a broken rear wing at Monaco under reds that year?

This could be a Canada 2011 length race

Not quite, there is a total 4 hours time limit now.

Pirelli keep saying they don't have enough testing time on them.

Half points if it ended now. 3/4 of the race needs to be done for full points.

I think it's more like the tires aren't fit to race on.

And yet the teams were putting drivers on inters ffs. Idiots.

Pirelli keep saying they don't have enough testing time on them.

Yeah that is true, hopefully this race will change that.

Interesting to see that Raikönnen kept his hands on the steering wheel while crashing.

Also.

Brilliant move by Max dodging that front wing. Hulky not so much.

Since the race start was delayed by ten minutes, will the time limit be the top of the hour or ten minutes after?

Croft said top of the hour but he has been wrong before on many things.

Max is insanely good in these conditions.

Brown racing suit time for Ocon with the on board from his Manor

Yeah. Not funny. If he'd have hit Kimi side on... not a good outcome for either of them.

That Manor hitting the Ferrari doesn't bear thinking about.

Interesting to see that Raikönnen kept his hands on the steering wheel while crashing.

I would assume he was trying to control where the car was going given he knew there was a field of cars behind him.

Considering he was on inters at the restart yes he was very good.

5 second time penalties for Massa and Ricciardo...
