Guys, the Super Bowl hasn't even happened yet, and we're already at peak Gordon got screwed levels of saltiness right now, something's gotta change or this thread won't survive the season

The sad thing is, most, if not all these problems derive from 1 larger problem, which I'm surprised hasn't been taken care of yet.

All our problems can be solved by starting the "RVDNuT374 for NASCAR CEO" fund. :sly: :lol: With a "small" donation to my bank account, you can help NASCAR return to sanity and credibility in the motorsports community. ;)

We have a petition for everything it seems. I might as well start up a kickstarter for an Indy 500 drive. Caterham did it, why can't I? Granted, kickstarter and petition are different, but money talks, bull:censored: walks right?
 
I didnt know I disliked Gordon. My comments about him were usually "who will carry the NASCAR torch now that Gordon is gone" Not a fan. But he did make NASCAR relevant.

My mistake, it wasn't Gordon you were bashing, it was Gordon fans you dislike.
 
Its actually Junior fans I dislike. As for drivers, I dislike Harvick Dillon and Patrick. I'd say I'm a fan of Truex Larson and Logano. So now everyone has a heads up on what to expect next month

I thought the most famous instance was RCR entering a second car back in the 1993 Hooters 500 for Neil Bonnet. Dale had the points lead over Rusty, and was unlikely to lose the title, but RCR entered an extra car for the sole purpose of parking as soon as the race started. Rusty won the race, but Dale didn't wreck or blow up, so it really didn't have an effect on the title.

Jeff Gordon made millions over years of representing pepsi, then was paid to begin telling kids to "avoid sugary drinks" for the ADA. Now it's back to "chug-a-lug kiddies". Pepsi logos still adorn his website.

I actually saw the "Hendrick guy for life" referred to as "a journalist now". Isn't he simply a paid rep/shill for Jeff Gordon Inc., Hendrick, and Big Corn Syrup (who helped bring about Big Gut America and the epidemic of Type 2 Diabetes)?

I don't know anything about NASCAR but I sure as hell know a troll when I see one. A quick perusal of the topic, your posts in it and the responses also seem to place you in a minority of one. Wise up or find somewhere to post where others actually welcome and even share your opinions instead of constantly trying to incite a riot here.

I reckon Jim Ross's voice would be absolutely perfect for NASCAR. As for Jerry, he is definitely way worse than you think especially on how he commentates now.

It can't be that bad for this forum this season, I mean, Joe Nemechek doesn't really run anymore, and Jeff Gordon retired. Who do you have left to unnecessarily bash on this year? (aside from Jr Nation)

Joe only attempted to make the Daytona 500 in 2015. There were no start and parks in 2015 i know of.

I've seen worse. But many complaints. How many people did they pay to do that because no way many wanted to do that? I've never seen that many people excited about NASCAR without guns involved. Poor die-cast cars, now floating in space. Oh wait, one is a Logano, never mind.
